Literally Devil's Postpile National Monument. The easiest way to do it is to drive to the furthest downstream parking lot then hike down to the waterfall and put in just below it. Only about 1.5 miles and basically all downhill that away. (Of course there is a lot more walking further downstream until the river cleans up...)
