One dog still wandering around has a serious problem with its neck. It was born in the summer of 2023, and it seems like a collar was placed on it since then, but now its neck is severely constricted, and today I noticed it was even bleeding. This is a rural area, with most residents over 60, and there's little awareness about animal care. There's no one to turn to for help 😢. So today, I tried to lure the dog into our yard to remove the collar, but it's very wary and screamed even when I barely touched its fur. I was afraid that trying more might scare it off and complicate future rescue efforts, so I let it go back out... It’s not aggressively barking, but it screamed in fear. I definitely can't remove the collar alone 😔. If left like this, I fear the neck will become necrotic or seriously infected.

Watching her is so sad, no animal should have to be like this, if you can't take care of her, then find a loving person that will help her not to treat her so sadly I pray for her to be loved and cares for her lovingly please someone take good care of her, she needs Love and Care so please make.
