I am on nilotinib from past one year, my cbc and PCR levels are in range but first liver enzymes increased, after 2month of medication lft reports good and then lipid profile increases now taking medicines to control lipid and after a year thyroid increases. I don't know may be all are because of nilotinib because earlier I do not have any of the above issues.
