Hi Joe I must say you truly are a hard working man and I hope you get a reward for all you do both at work and home i feel tired for u but I can see the passion for what you do thank u for sharing and keep up the excellent work you do.
Y’all have an amazing place and y’all have a amazing channel. Been watching for awhile now me and my wife and y’all are giving a lot of viewers great ambition keep on doing what you do and God Bless!!
I’m always amazed how much work you get done in a day. I don’t think people appreciate the time it takes to set up all the camera angles and constantly moving the camera around. Thanks for the unseen work that makes your videos entertaining.
I can't tell ya, how iconic it is becoming, of the view ofJoe rolling the can to the end of the road. It is THE only indication, that the weekend is over, another job well done.
You can not get any exercise doing it that way. Also, by the time you get the wheeler out and hook up the garbage can and then drive it down there and then put the 4wheeler away, I could have walked it down and been halfway done with a beer. Lol.
Hi Joe and Melissa. Man if they ever need to have someone test power equipment, Joe you are the man for the job. LOL. You sure put your equipment through their paces. I have to laugh when I see you riding the mower through 5’ High weeds. This is one of the reasons I love your channel. You really have the farm looking great considering what you guys started with. I’m sure it’s a labor of love though. Thanks for another video buddy. Take care, stay safe.
@@chris3m98 Nah that's just Joe getting every single ounce of value out of his equipment. Those riding mowers he buys they cost a lot of money. He gets every dime back and some change. He no doubts takes his hat off and shoots them when needed saying a few choice words and having a beer he then goes buys a new one and starts all over again.
We have watched you for a long time and amazed with the energy you have, You always have something interesting at all of your filming locations. You know what we have noticed, how happy you are since the engagement. We have been married 67 years and we know love when we see it!!! Just one suggestion, you really should get you a TOY!! Keep on keeping on, Houston Texas
Joe, I'll say it again, you are fortunate to have overgrowth like that where you are in Minnesota without having to worry about venomous snakes hiding in the tall grass on your property. In Alabama we can't afford for grass and overgrowth to get that tall. We would have copperheads, rattlesnakes, and water moccasins on property.
you truly are a joy to watch while you work and enjoy your chores! - you so remind hub and myself of our younger selves -can't imagine how proud of you your parents must be!!! so nice to have such a supportive wife, not to mention that other girl who justs adores her daddy, little Miss Joni, no doubt about who her main-man-is! she is so precious! believe it or not, hub and i have a cat, Prince-Simon who is just like a dog, he jumps in the wheel-barrow and rides with, if the saw-horses are out, he's laying up there, even when hub turns on one of the tools - also, he has walked our whole nature trail, once he did it twice=such joy and laughter in the little, precious things...hugs to ya'll...
Great job Joe and Melissa, you both did a great job mowing and catching up. Really looks great around there. Thanks for sharing with us and allowing us to enjoy your videos. Fred.
Am really surprised you have not obtained free standing/ overhead fuel tank/ 12' hose & nozzle for your gasoline engines. It save so much time, safer than cans & funnel. No sight obstruction during fueling. You would use enough fuel in a year to avoid a minimum usage penalty from supplier. Really enjoy your vids, content, explnations, voice clarity & diction.,
It was really cute seeing Melissa and Chunk riding in the little Sarasota in the background of this video. No doubt her new "fave" wheels around your farm!!
Hey Joe, After watching you mow down them tall ferns with the little riding mower... I was thinking I'd see you level a few of them *White Birch* in the next clip!!!! :-))
It would be cool if you built some sort of breeze way between your two garages. If it was big enough for both pickups, you tractor, all the four wheelers. it would be so good for all weather.
Work never ceases does it? That's okay for us we prefer living out in the country so the trade off is a lot of mowing in the summer and moving snow in winter. When we first purchased our property it was non stop clear junk and weeds and dead trees and a lot of trim work. We had so much trash all over from previous tenants. Finally we have a nice property which still needs tending but we got rid of all the junk including an old car which was partially buried in dirt. Your place is really awsome and you keep making it so much nicer. I enjoy your videos so much.
My husband, dragging his feet. We are moving to FL after 25 years in a home😘; overwhelming the things that need done., getting old and new properties ready.
Svengoolie was good. Love it when they show those type old sci fi flicks. It was better than last night's werewolf in London! Ha! I bet Melissa's jumbo was amazing. I think you said jumbo....scratching my head now ha. Great clean up but you know that metal pile is going to bother you til it gets cleared out...cant wait to see that. Take care til next time. ☺
Joe...You can build almost anything...do a canopy for the tractor...you got some metal and wood...just thinking outside of the box...would give shade and some protection if you are mowing when it starts to rain or snow later in winter...went fishing today on Kennebunk river. Used a 3" white swim mullet and had a lot of hits, but 1st time I have ever caught an 18" Salty Ocean Brown Trout...Cheers from Maine.
Sure do enjoy all you do.. seems like you never rest lol... but one thing I hate to see!!! Is when you pull out the garbage can to the road! That means the video is ending lol.. stay safe joe n Melissa
It’s always a bit sad to see Joe pulling the trashcan down the drive. It means another good video is at an end. ☹ Joanie is the hardest working pup I know and a darn good supervisor too!
Just a thought. Use the old tub, the scrap metal and posts for raised garden beds and trellis Those raspberries...so many options. Riding the property looks like fun.
Hard working, as always and it looks so good. But, Joe, when you get as old as me, you won’t be able to hear a thing if you don’t begin to utilize ear protection, headphones, you know?! One of these days I’ll meet you for coffee. I’ll want you to be able to hear ALL of my ramblings, ooops, I mean important talking. JK. Love the vids, my good friend. Thank you!!!
Hey Joe a friend of mine has a tractor like yours and he rigged a patio umbrella up to the back seat of tractor so the sun was off of him when mowing...Maybe a idea for you to try so your not baking in the sun....lol
I couldn't wait to see this video my ocd has been going crazy over all them weed behind the work shop Joe you're like me by the time you get all caught up with the yard work you have to start it all over again
Wow what a big mowing job you have to do. It's looks beautiful when you have mowed. So nice. Great track for riding around your property too. Food was nice as well great video 👍❣️
Way to go Joe! Everything lookin' mighty fine! Whoever is giving this guy a " Fingers-down" just leave the channel or any other channels like this. He's doing nothing wrong.
My family spent quite a few years fishing on Birch lake at a resort outside of Hackensack. Great memories of my Dad catching a lot of Walleyes getting his picture in local paper. My best time besides fishing was hanging around with the resort owner.
Joe and Melissa, I’ve been checking and waiting to see what’s happening up your way! It’s still not prudent for me to go out yet so your farm updates are what I wait for! What ya got in mind for all the fruit you picked up today Melissa?! You guys will be doing canning, cooking, and harvesting. 😊 I can’t wait. You both seem to enjoy the new kids 4 wheeler! Just kick Joe off of it come harvest time Melissa! Lol The farm is really looking picture perfect you two. You both should feel very proud of your progress. Well, have a good week at work. TC. Vicki from Iowa
I'm not knocking your video, but I just watcthed the whole video of you cutting your grass on your property. 👏👏 Great job on keeping me interested. Your place would awesome for rabbit hunting. A lot of rabbitat.
Joe, I work for a fuel jobber, looks like you go through enough fuel in the summer especially you should contact your local jobber there and get them to set you up small above ground tank, sure would make it easier on you, just a thought!!!!
I have always wanted a large piece of land where I could just keep thinning the trees and let the big ones get huge. I love the smell of fresh sawed boards and they seem to give me satisfaction of the harvest/salvage
I'm surprised you don't weedwack around the buildings and trees to clean it up a bit more. I keep hoping to see around the trees trimmed and then mulch or flowers around it or something lol
Great videos ! Beautiful place u have there after a great amount of extremely hard work! Love seeing u reap the rewards of ur vegetable planting and the berries u have growing. How wonderful to have all this fresh food and eggs. And I just had to comment on u buying the fresh Georgia peaches as peaches r my favorite fruit and I had the pleasure of buying them fresh during a visit. Hope u show how u can this peaches or whatever ur going to do with them and the cherries! Take care! Stay safe! God bless u both!🇨🇦
Looks great after cutting the grass, you’ve got a golf course! Perhaps the rust on top of the finish mover, should be treated - could be a winter project, along with a fresh coat of paint the deck will last longer. Separate thought, with a 1000cc engine - that new buggy would be deadly 8n a rollover, perhaps a ROPS wouldn’t be a bad idea.
Honda Cam Outdoors the Bombardier Sarasota 1000 has a single cylinder 249cc engine. Plus it has a governor adjustment to limit speed. Joe mentioned that when he referenced it for the kids driving it vs riding the atv’s as being safer for them.

I just watched the video from a year ago. What an amazing transformation you and Melissa have done! Love, love the videos.
you guys. Always make it look nice out there.good job

Why not ride one of the 4 wheelers while you drag the garbage can to the end of the drive?
You can not get any exercise doing it that way. Also, by the time you get the wheeler out and hook up the garbage can and then drive it down there and then put the 4wheeler away, I could have walked it down and been halfway done with a beer. Lol.
@@NorthernSeclusion I just knew beer was in that mix somewhere!
I dont envy you with all the grass you have to cut .thats a days work for sure .good thing you have the farm all .

Mostly copperheads here in southern Indiana with the odd rattlesnake thrown in for a little variety here and there.
I’m in southeast TN and that is definitely a snake pit around here.... and a insect or spider bite .... and let’s not forget tics!

What a transformation you 2 have done to that farm in such a short period. It looks amazing.
You need to set up a Par 3 in that field....Tee box, bunkers, sloping green, the whole smash.
