Thx Jeff, what's the height, floor to table, of the white table stand that you use? I presume when you step up on the pull-out step that you step up +/- 5". Close?
i bought one recently and have used it to sharpen lathe tools, chisels. and jointer knives. It is very expensive but I plan on making good use of it. I am trying to find out if the T-7 will sharpen 10 in. carbide tip saw blades

When he sliced through that paper in the end all I could say was WOW. That's a wicked sharpened edge and that was fast also.
Just bought a T-4and K really like it. Even with instruction like this, there is a learning curve. Practice on a couple of inexpensive knives first.

Good video :). I had a little problem with my Tormek 7 but now its good again :).
The grinding is easy but I have problems when it comes to the hone.

Sorry, but the Tormek will not sharpen carbide tipped saw blades. That requires very specialized equipment.
