I have a doubt and I would like to know if you can clear this doubt for me, that part I still haven't been able to decipher. I have wonderful days where I'm fine with everything and with life and also with the separation and I think about him fondly but after a few hours I suddenly start to get anxious and obsessed and adrenaline to the max. I know these sensations aren't mine but they come from him but I just can't understand why... is he the one who is obsessed with me because he's feeling me pulling away? It's just that this happens when I'm in the period of moving away and then everything goes back to the same, there I go to work my inner self because I'm extremely unhappy... if someone can help me with this doubt, maybe it will become easier for me to get discover another piece of this puzzle that is this connection... grateful 🙏❤️

Sooo what does this mean. Maybe like 5 mins ago I'm laying down currently. I was closing my eyes and I was dozing off . My heart was fluttering 😮 then all of sudden I heard his voice. 🤷🏾♂️ he sounded so loud and clear . My body was really warm while I was feeling the flutters. So what does this mean.

Same here. I feel I move on, enjoying life, in flow and suddenly it hits me and I'm pushed back into a 'stress' mode.
