@@randomcarno11 He placed him under arrest. He then continued to ask him incriminating questions without reading him his rights. See there is a two pronged test used for determining if rights need to be read, commonly known as Miranda Rights or Warning in the United States. The first is, is the person in a custodial situation? Being under arrest they most certainly are. Second, are questions or statements likely to elicit an incriminating response? Those asked by the deputy most definitely would elicit an incriminating response. Therefor the suspects rights should have been read to him prior to the deputy asking any questions. @@CraigP-t9j I suppose you are right, he did arrest him and then ask him questions before he was mirandized, but it doesn’t really matter that much. They will always tow, not just because the local tow companies kick back to the county -- but because it gets around the 4th amendment protection against a search. Even if they abandon passengers who have a license at the side of a rural road... they will tow. Its just another way to cost people a lot of money and in a country with no mass transit -- it puts a ton of pressure on the driver to settle out of court to get his vehicle out of impound before the fees are over $1000. Same thing with big bails and bail bondsmen. This guy deserved it, mind you. If you are poor and get arrested you can be out thousands of dollars in bail and getting your car back. Which just means you have to "hustle" that much harder. Something relatively minor can drive a person who really wasn't a criminal into doing crime. That is one reason you see so many people without licenses or paperwork on FWF. Once you get into that bad cycle its very hard to get out of it. Lose your license in the USA and you are borked. Can't get to work, can't get to a grocery, ect...

@@redwolfexr There's the other side of that where people broke the law in the first place to get into that situation. I've been poor before with $20 at the end of the month for food and gas after all my bills were paid in a state with 35% unemployment. I took my bicycle to work and put that $20 into food. Never once crossed my mind to steal or commit a crime. My mind went to "How do I find a better job." and "Hoping a construction job kicked off soon because I was a plumbing apprentice." These crimes are choices. Those who commit more crimes because of the crimes they've already committed are just showing their criminal nature. Stop making excuses and tell people to work hard in life. It's not complicated, just takes good morals.
I worked an accident where it was just as Frank described at the end. Car was speeding and another car pulled out in front. The car that pulled out had a clear view if the oncoming vehicle had been doing the speed limit and plenty of room, too. However, having done over twice the limit, the speeder rammed into the car making it half the size it had been. Luckily, nobody killed.
Still the one pulling out is at fault since they need to give the right of way, irrespective of speed. However, you're totally right, such accidents can easily be prevented if you just do the speed limit. Especially because twice the speed means quadrupling the energy and therefore the damages.
Happened to my wife, got hit by a motorcycle doing at least 120. . .it hit her car in the MIDDLE and knocked it 180 degrees. The motorcyclist died unfortunately. And Pinal County fouled the investigation.
The way they teach you how to cuff criminals is based on them not resisting at all. Which like here, luckily, is only 1% of the time. But Frank would do just fine in a struggle.
It’s easier to handcuff someone before they realize they are being arrested. Sometimes someone who might struggle will give up if they figure they already lost their opportunity. That 1 to 3 second jump on the situation allows Frank to have better control. His verbal tone and word choices help too. He doesnt come across as combative which triggering fight reflex. He is terse but very professional and he asks questions keeping the person in a verbal response frame of mind. I like his body positioning when he deals with people too. It prevents people from being able to make a grab for his sidearm.

On Saturday, April 8, 2017 approximately 11:40 p.m., Sergeant Frank Sloup arrested a subject for Aggravated DUI and booked him into jail. Sloup completed most of the report the next morning (Sunday, April 9th) and then worked an off-duty job at Chase Field. On Monday, April 10th, Sloup obtained the arrested person's driving record from Colorado and submitted the final report to another supervisor for review. The date of the report submittal automatically printed "April 10, 2017" and the reviewing supervisor dated his review "April 10, 2017" as well. Frank used White-Out to correct the date of the submittal and the date of the supervisor's signature to April 9th to represent the correct date of the arrest report. Two months later, a clerk noticed the corrections and notified a supervisor. Frank was called before the supervisor and explained that he changed the dates to make the report accurate, including the date of the supervisor's signoff. He was then told he may face possible disciplinary action for altering an official document, even to correct it. Two months later, Frank resigned. Whenever a law enforcement officer leaves a department in Arizona for any reason, including resigning, being fired, retiring, or for medical reasons, the department is required to submit the change to AZPOST and include any charges of disciplinary action. At that time, Frank's name and case numbers for the two corrections were entered into the Brady List by a prosecutor. MCSO administration later decided to take no action against Frank. On December 20, 2017, case #17-148 - Frank J. Sloup - Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. The Board considered comments from Compliance Specialist Mike Deltenre. Chief Gwaltney made a motion to close this case with No Action with Agency Discretion. The motion was seconded by Colonel Milstead and passed unanimously. The information from Frank's case was removed from the Brady List. Only his name and case numbers remain. Once you are on the list, it's next to impossible to get it removed. Six years later, Frank was working for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. The public relations department wanted to make videos for education and entertainment purposes about the work of the department. Sheriff Mark Lamb agreed and Fridays With Frank was born. Due to Frank's sarcastic style of humor and his interactions with the drivers he stopped, the videos became very popular. Cop-haters on TH-cam took notice and looked for any reasons to try to belittle Frank. They found his name on the Brady List site. Although his case had been closed for six years, they then began making up lies about the reason Frank was on the list. They said he lied under oath, stole overtime pay, deleted evidence before a trial, and even said he had been fired for excessive force. They also claim he can't testify in court, although he can and does frequently. Their moronic followers believed every word of it. They now flood the comment section every week with the same lies. They seem to be incapable of looking up the facts for themselves, so they try to convince others that Frank is a big, mean, dirty cop. Most people can see past their lies.
@@hoghogwild It doesn't mean anything. MCSO and AZPOST declined to take any action against Frank. Only his name and case numbers remain. Only frauditors care about it. It doesn't stop him from doing his job, including testifying in court.
What else happened in 2017? Why would Frank resign from MCSO? Could it be that is when a good boss, Joe Arpaio, left office in Maricopa County and a good man, Mark Lamb, became sheriff in Pinal County? MAYBE Frank prefers to work for someone who wants to enforce the law!

In 18 I discovered the matching sets of holes in my inner wrists and knees where i had been injected with what's called NEURAL LACE, a self assembling (with the help of cell towers, I believe) brain hacking GEL that attaches to nerves and grows INTO the brain, Musk says, who sells the horror. He also says it is permanent. When I found this tech IN MY BODY, I knew why I had been targeted all these years. I was their guinea pig. It explained the man's voice i often heard in my head, and how he watched everything i did, night and day. Watching through my own EYES. Hearing every thought, talking to me, and even taking over completely during my SLEEP. YES, this tech lets them TAKE OVER FULLY during certain stages of rest or similar state!
Clear violation of 5th amendment rights.
@@CraigP-t9j I suppose you are right, he did arrest him and then ask him questions before he was mirandized, but it doesn’t really matter that much. Technically, the only thing that can happen when the fifth amendment is violated in this way is the answers to the questions being thrown out in court, which doesn’t matter because in the end the radar picking him up at 121 is enough evidence to charge him.

Yeah, the car goes to jail too. the car should know better.

Never seen Frank this pissed before. I kinda like it.
Especially dangerous thing to happen on long flat roads where you think you're safe because you can see them.
Still the one pulling out is at fault since they need to give the right of way, irrespective of speed. However, you're totally right, such accidents can easily be prevented if you just do the speed limit.
Especially because twice the speed means quadrupling the energy and therefore the damages.
That's why you need to drive a Tesla.

Thanks, i didnt realize he was on the Brady list. Ouch.
@@hoghogwild It doesn't mean anything. MCSO and AZPOST declined to take any action against Frank. Only his name and case numbers remain. Only frauditors care about it. It doesn't stop him from doing his job, including testifying in court.

As someone that works in Arizona with my boots on the blacktop, me and my 5 year old daughter appreciate Frank taking people like this guy to jail. Blatant disregard for everyone else's safety, is the saddest thing to see out of fellow Americans
"Why were you driving so fast?" Basically because he can. What a menace.
That's the mind set of a young person with a fast car. They don't think. In 1977 I bought a Datsun 280z because I was 25 y/o nut with a great job. I got it up to 125 mph on I95 in Connecticut and started to lose control a little bit on a turn. I recovered and after my breathing came back to normal I went home. Never did that again. Don't be stupid.
Everyone will be at least once in their life. @@sleepyguy144
I love the passion for keeping people safe on the roads.
I was waiting for this to show up to end my day on a fun note. Thanks Frank!
Great job Frank. Thank you for keeping us safe. God bless you.
frank is a weiner
Respect to Deputy Frank, being obviously angry and still maintaining his professionalism. 👍
I would have liked to have seen the chase down.
Oh hell yeah!!!!!!
Mee too !!!!
Went looking for this comment. I really wanted to hear what Frank's car sounds like from inside accelerating to 121MPH plus.
Me too !
Frank: You're going to jail.
Kid: Can I call someone to pick up my vehicle?
Frank: No! I'm towing it.
Kid:................................ok😢
Love it.
LOL!!....thought I heard the PUNK start to cry!!!!.........
This generation is horrible and pathetic. What I mean is the younger folks believe that there are no consequences to their failed actions. They think they're above the law and that's a recipe for disaster...I hope I'm using the right pronouns... 😂
At first, the kid probably relieved. "Wow, I won't hafta call Mommy and tell her I was really dumb."
Then the reality started settling in. Wow.

That young guy is going to kill someone driving like that. What an asshole.
like Frank said it's a problem with the young generation they have no sense of right wrong normal abnormal, they are a bunch of self centered rules don't aply to me entitled and spoiled worthless little punks.
He might, but he might actually be VERY good behind the wheel. We don't know.
As long as it is himself and no other. It's fine with me.
@HeWhoIsWhoHeIs one night ? I think he'll get more. That would be cool to have some follow up videos. "What Happened To Them With Franck" kinda videos.
Fun fact: If I remember correctly, 121 was also the highest temp in Phoenix. At least it was, as of fairly recently.
Thank you for doing an awesome job. ❤it
Thank you Frank you're awesome!
The exuberance that deputy sloup had when he said, “Oh, no, I’m gonna tow it,” made my day!
I really want to see a dash cam of these chases before the stops and hear Frank on the radio.
My TH-cam debut @2:10. Orange Camaro traveling (not 119mph) towards Frank
God Bless and Keep you Frank, and all your fellow officers. Safety and peace to you all.

Thanks for keeping our roads safe Frank!
when I was that young I owned a (used) 1967 Camaro with a 327 CI and four on the floor. I pushed it to 100 but that was scary, and the tires weren’t rated for that speed. This young man has a bonafide race car compared to what I had, and to go that fast with traffic on the road was a death wish. Thank you Frank, and while my foot is still heavy, I’ve slowed it down a lot (my wife would argue that statement).
And the thing is that 67 Camaro wasn't as safe at 100mph new as this newer Camaro. And we still drove like idiots when we were kids. Frank makes a comment about this generation, but this is nothing new. It's as old as kids and cars.
I think it’s the attitude rather than the behavior that ticks off we older folks! If I had gotten caught speeding not even that fast…definitely wouldn’t have been cool, calm & collected! @@waynebarricklow1637
@@waynebarricklow1637 100% agreed. And no questions asked, Frank has done this kind of stupid crap when he was a kid to. Older people forget being young fearless and dumb.
@@jacktorse2145 not 121 in a 50. Sure, I have done that fast, but on an open freeway, not a neighborhood.
psssstttt, he has a Mustang, not a Camaro@@waynebarricklow1637
Even when he's furious, Frank stays in control and is composed. Frank, you are a Legend and if I were advising the next POTUS, I would make these videos compulsory viewing for all new Police Officers in the US. And I'm an Englishman.
Goodonya Deputy Frank, thank you for helping to keep us safe!
I agree Frank! Kids of this day and age worry me about the country going forward! Good job Frank!!
Kids are the same no matter what generation, I know, I'm 80.
Let's be real, I'm sure there are examples like this in older generations.
It's my one criticism of Frank, is the bias he shows against younger generations. There are idiots of all ages, not only "your generation".
@@tedmoss 100% - the problem is not _when_ you were born, it's being 20 something.
Blame the people, or maybe analyze what left them in that condition. . . People with nothing to live for. . . live for nothing.
Wow, great job, Frank. Keep on keeping our streets safe. Thank you
Thanks Frank for keeping our roads safe!!
The driver was so chill about everything. WTH???
Damn, smh...
This is why we need Frank an the rest of the crew! ❤❤ Thank you for keeping us safe!
I have just discovered this channel. I commend this deputy for the job he does and in such a professional manner.
Deputy Frank is a corrupt cop who was fired from another agency for forging documents.
he sent a dude to jail for safely speeding, cops are road pirates
He's a condescending asshole and on this very episode he violated the suspect's fifth amendment rights.
@@jdaz5462 He has never been fired, but thanks for playing. Back to your basement apartment.
Great job Frank. Thank you for keeping people safe.❤
"How old are you? You have to be in the.....of course."
I know this area. They should be out here more. I see people easily doing 70+ through here. Nice job Frank.
