      The filthyfeds need caught.
I am a U.S. woman, born and raised here. I have been targeted by gvt agents since 88. I could write a book about the crimes committed against me, by FILTHY, EVIL AGENTS, who experimented on, tortured and killed my 4 little dogs and nearly killed me, too. In 18 I discovered the matching sets of holes in my inner wrists and knees where i had been injected with what's called NEURAL LACE, a self assembling (with the help of cell towers, I believe) brain hacking GEL that attaches to nerves and grows INTO the brain, Musk says, who sells the horror. He also says it is permanent. When I found this tech IN MY BODY, I knew why I had been targeted all these years. I was their guinea pig. It explained the man's voice i often heard in my head, and how he watched everything i did, night and day. Watching through my own EYES. Hearing every thought, talking to me, and even taking over completely during my SLEEP. YES, this tech lets them TAKE OVER FULLY during certain stages of rest or similar state! I knew when they said a vax was coming, what would be IN IT, and I was right. Dr Carrie Madej and Dr Ricardo Delgado were the first to find it in the shots. These were NEVER VAX AT ALL, but the filthiest trick ever committed against humanity! It's called OBAMA BRAIN INITIATIVE, and now they are also putting it in our FOODS, MILK, and beverages. The nanometals in the sky make it easier for the towers to communicate with it in our BODIES, because the skies are now more CONDUCIVE. Study TESLAPHORESIS. Watch Trunews Tentacle Tuesday show. This is WHY there is an INCREASE IN CRIME, and WHY deaths are escalating..also WHY pedophilia is increasing, because the scumbags are bombarding patriot's MINDS WITH EVIL CRAP, influencing them to BREAK THE LAW SO THEY CAN BE ARRESTED and out of the globalist's WAY to complete takeover! This is also why we are seeing so many SHOOTINGS now..I think if we knew the truth, we would learn that nearly ALL mass shooters were MIND CONTROLLED BY OUR FILTHY CIA and their other operations. Go to Odysee and watch Robert Naeslund Human Brain Project. They been hacking our brains since the late forties! But this is the WORST and CAN steal OUR FREE WILL if not stopped!! I can't even take a BATH IN PRIVATE NOW!! I can't have a PRIVATE THOUGHT! I told my local police chief that this is WORSE than RAPE, because at least a woman can HEAL after being raped! THIS NEVER ENDS! NOBODY had the right! NOBODY! And I have been contacting sheriffs, and politicians, and newscrews and NOBODY LISTENS TO WHAT I AM SAYING. Maybe they are having a hard time comprehending the truth of it? Maybe they think I am LYING? WHY would I do that? Believe me, I have MANY other things I have been neglecting to try and wake ppl up to what is happening, and MANY other things I would like to be doing!! It is onl;y because I serve GOD and love people that i am spending my time trying to wake ppl up. I am ANGRY that ppl are not listening. DO YOUR RESEARCH! These are WAY more than gene therapy! They are COMPLETE OPERATING SYSTEMS!

They MUST be stopped if humanity is to survive at all! Look what they did to Lahaina! They been using directed energy weapons on us since NINE ELEVEN! And calling them FIRES. They are NOT fires! They are Rockafeller/Rothschild founded UNserving SCUMBAGS and they CAUSE the events so they can destroy our homes and lands, depopulate us according to UN plans, and TAKE THE CHILDREN! Second, are questions or statements likely to elicit an incriminating response? Those asked by the deputy most definitely would elicit an incriminating response.

They will always tow, not just because the local tow companies kick back to the county -- but because it gets around the 4th amendment protection against a search. Even if they abandon passengers who have a license at the side of a rural road... they will tow. Its just another way to cost people a lot of money and in a country with no mass transit -- it puts a ton of pressure on the driver to settle out of court to get his vehicle out of impound before the fees are over $1000. Same thing with big bails and bail bondsmen.
This guy deserved it, mind you.
If you are poor and get arrested you can be out thousands of dollars in bail and getting your car back. Which just means you have to "hustle" that much harder. Something relatively minor can drive a person who really wasn't a criminal into doing crime. That is one reason you see so many people without licenses or paperwork on FWF. Once you get into that bad cycle its very hard to get out of it. Lose your license in the USA and you are borked. Can't get to work, can't get to a grocery, ect...

It’s easier to handcuff someone before they realize they are being arrested. Sometimes someone who might struggle will give up if they figure they already lost their opportunity. That 1 to 3 second jump on the situation allows Frank to have better control. His verbal tone and word choices help too. He doesnt come across as combative which triggering fight reflex. He is terse but very professional and he asks questions keeping the person in a verbal response frame of mind. I like his body positioning when he deals with people too. It prevents people from being able to make a grab for his sidearm.

On Saturday, April 8, 2017 approximately 11:40 p.m., Sergeant Frank Sloup arrested a subject for Aggravated DUI and booked him into jail. Sloup completed most of the report the next morning (Sunday, April 9th) and then worked an off-duty job at Chase Field. On Monday, April 10th, Sloup obtained the arrested person's driving record from Colorado and submitted the final report to another supervisor for review. The date of the report submittal automatically printed "April 10, 2017" and the reviewing supervisor dated his review "April 10, 2017" as well. Frank used White-Out to correct the date of the submittal and the date of the supervisor's signature to April 9th to represent the correct date of the arrest report. Two months later, a clerk noticed the corrections and notified a supervisor. Frank was called before the supervisor and explained that he changed the dates to make the report accurate, including the date of the supervisor's signoff. He was then told he may face possible disciplinary action for altering an official document, even to correct it. Two months later, Frank resigned. Whenever a law enforcement officer leaves a department in Arizona for any reason, including resigning, being fired, retiring, or for medical reasons, the department is required to submit the change to AZPOST and include any charges of disciplinary action. At that time, Frank's name and case numbers for the two corrections were entered into the Brady List by a prosecutor. MCSO administration later decided to take no action against Frank. On December 20, 2017, case #17-148 - Frank J. Sloup - Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. The Board considered comments from Compliance Specialist Mike Deltenre. Chief Gwaltney made a motion to close this case with No Action with Agency Discretion. The motion was seconded by Colonel Milstead and passed unanimously. The information from Frank's case was removed from the Brady List. Only his name and case numbers remain. Once you are on the list, it's next to impossible to get it removed. Six years later, Frank was working for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. The public relations department wanted to make videos for education and entertainment purposes about the work of the department. Sheriff Mark Lamb agreed and Fridays With Frank was born. Due to Frank's sarcastic style of humor and his interactions with the drivers he stopped, the videos became very popular. Cop-haters on TH-cam took notice and looked for any reasons to try to belittle Frank. They found his name on the Brady List site. Although his case had been closed for six years, they then began making up lies about the reason Frank was on the list. They said he lied under oath, stole overtime pay, deleted evidence before a trial, and even said he had been fired for excessive force. They also claim he can't testify in court, although he can and does frequently. Their moronic followers believed every word of it. They now flood the comment section every week with the same lies. They seem to be incapable of looking up the facts for themselves, so they try to convince others that Frank is a big, mean, dirty cop. Most people can see past their lies.
