Wise County community grieving after 4 killed in head-on crash, including 3 children

The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on Farm Road 1810 at County Road 1340 east of Chico, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

That’s so sad. It’s sad that the person who drove decided to pass in a no passing zone. This is why we have road laws that need to be obeyed. The children were innocent which makes this so sad. 😔
