It is incredibly eerie how, while most of the Phases for their intros. (Outside of Macha) Have these bombastic guitar riffs as they make their presence known... Corbenik only has a static high pitched noise.
i love how all the phases look creepy and distorted i think it was very appropriate for what they stood for and how they twisted and corrupted the world
Actually its just to show the eye emblem of the phases. All of the phases have an eye symbol somewhere and its basically Morganna's emblem. Kinda like the Autobots and Decepticons use emblems to identify each other.
the seed is the rebirth, like a cocoon, and the being inside is the attachment to life, the being that comes out has an attraction to death, it has 2 holes for eyes and some wierd symbols on it, and all the eyes, like some say, "people can see into one with a pure heart."

I laughed at the first two forms of Corbenik.
The third however... Kind of creeped the heck of me.
a bit late to tell you this. but His first two forms were him. the third form is Morgana. Morganna simply used Corbenik in order to give birth to her.
All the phases had two things in common. The first being their ability to data drain, and the second the bell sounds in their theme.
I personally like to think of the bells in the Phase themes as a subtle nod to the phrase “the evening bell tolls for thee”.
