I watch this informative video over and over again, particularly at every 30 day milestone to remind me to hang in there. Paws still hits me four months into sobriety. ☹️

And then I came across this video and all the symptoms point to exactly what I've been feeling lately. And harder. And so I'm pushing through an staying positive. How you doing now ?

This is excellent information. Have you seen Dr KJ Foster's take on PAWS? It's also great.

I Tapered down to 1 ML of methadone. Definitely low energy, I was waking up almost every night and then every other night. The past couple of nights it feels like I’m getting better sleep. I am
laughing my butt off, then I’m crying and then I’m frustrated. Im not worried about relapsing. I’ve been sober for 5 years. No matter if your prescribed medication you still get post acute withdrawal.
What I’m doing to help my self heal.
Acupuncture helps me, chiropractor, getting your nails, baking, gardening, walking, running, done small or big things that help you feel better. I also take turmeric shots, echinacea, eating my vitamins in my food. What ever I can do to get threw this a little quicker. Taking D,E, Magnesium melatonin. Putting garlic and onion in my foods.
