Hello Kathy! Do you ever think you should just go ahead and get up in the middle of the night and start stamping? I sure do. Especially during storms. I'm glad I filled your head with ideas, but that probably made it hard to fall back asleep...😆
@@reallyrobinstamps oh I used to do that when our girls were much younger and I was working part time! Being tired when you’re younger is way different than when you’re older…I could focus easier back then. Now I just want to nap! But I’m really pumped to try this technique. Right now I’m putting away my new assortments of cardstock. Started comparing them to some VERY old colors I still have. Things have certainly changed!

@@reallyrobinstamps wow. That’s a stumper! I have most of the colors that were current in 1998…I think. I know I went to convention in 2000 in Minneapolis. Probably easier to say what colors are still available…Night of Navy, Basic Black, Old Olive, and Garden Green. Old Olive was part of Earth Elements, which is gone, and it’s a different shade now. They didn’t have the In Colors then. Some I have a lot of and some very little. And don’t even ask about ink pads! I had them all, with refills. And I still use them! I used to be so color coordinated then. Now I’m trying to organize so I know what I have for stamps and bundles. FYI I did exchange that one set thanks to you for the suggestion. It just took forever and my replacement is supposed to be here today. 👍🏼

@@reallyrobinstamps hi Robin. I am plugging away in an assembly line way on our Christmas cards. I do enjoy making them and they are my own design but my passion is making custom (usually one off) cards.
Our 7 year old granddaughter is coming this afternoon for a sleepover and I've promised her that she can play with my stuff and make a Halloween card for her cousins. It should be a fun time for both of us and it's pretty amazing how creative she is at such a young age. 😊

Watched the replay because for some reason the live on my device kept stopping. I love all of these cards, each one has so much going for it. I love this stamp set and dies-talked myself out of it last year! (Can’t get everything, even though I love everything!). Love your videos-so organized, inspiring and enabling! Beautiful cards Robin. I like them all, I found the one with the circle die that had the white circle in it with the Hi! the same as the paper striking as well! It's starting to turn cold and damp here in Ontario, Canada. Thanks for demonstrating this technique. 💕

The circles and stars
Hello, Irene! Welcome - thank you for leaving me a comment about your favorites! I think the stitched stars are fun with the gold foil in the paper. But the circles are so pleasingly spaced...it is impossible to pick just one. 😄
I don't have a finished die to use as such, but I have multiple forms in different sizes, as you used with the card with stars :)
