The whole point for a playoff was because everyone complained about a room full of guys picking who is the best. Now conference play determined who is at the top with the conference championship. And yet people are still crying if a team was that good it would be in the championship game. Rankings and Strength of schedule. Dont really matter at some point your going to play only the bottom half take Oregon next year they did it to themselves

Spurrier was Leaches OC in 2018 with Gardner Minchew. He has a name.. he runs a purist AirRade offence. He's at Tulsa. He could move up.

Playoffs did its job. No major upsets. That’s normal. Relax people.

It's about parity. We need another year or two of this. If Boise State beats Penn State or if the game is under 10 points, then it needs to continue this way.

Someone can be pro-sports while anti-football. Yes, football draws the highest revenue. That doesn’t mean other sports cannot survive without football.

Schultz says he needs to spread the money around - business school example used. What he isn’t mentioning is the businesses in the city of Pullman desperately need the football money in order to be successful. Already a lot of vacancy. Football attendance is down.
    - no alcohol sales at stadium
    - student attendance down
    - school spending huge money on construction - USDA building ( plant sciences chowing up huge dollars here ) several other construction projects going
    - looks like school thinks they can survive on expanding enrollment ( enrollment is down ) by building better buildings…etc when football is critical now and has always been critical to Pullman’s survival.
Without the businesses in Pullman, the students won’t come. They already whine about the variety of stuff in Pullman.
Less money = weaker football team = less money for Pullman businesses = less students in Pullman = less money for the School….

DO NOT SEED TEAMS based on rankings. WAIT TILL THE NEXT ROUND IS PLAYED OUT. What if 50% to 75% of those teams with byes end up winning their games? Then you are dead wrong for saying that. We need more sample size Jon Wilner. Listen to your partner named Canzano. Lets see this a few years first. STOP TALKING ABOUT BETTING LINES. Nobody cares about betting lines. They are wrong all the time.

8 teams is enough, yes 5 champions plus 3 is plenty to get the best. No byes 1-8 2-7 3-6 4--5 A real tournament

What does Wake spend on football? They are a worse program. More stability in a conference, for now.. facilities at wsu looks nicer than wakes.

They are private and don’t have to publish their numbers. Like Notre Dame. Sneaky Jake is going to love that part of it. Problem at Wake is kinda like at Stanford. High academics and very expensive tuition.
He will con some 4 star kid into coming there and build the program.
I myself look forward to finding where Wake plays ( like Beav stadium next Oct 25 ) and footballing harassing the Snake himself.
      Go Cougs.

This was IU biggest game in history. With a new coach he now has building blocks for the future in recruiting and program building. This was the first time i heard someone take that angle. This is what ive though those were the toughest 4 games in the playoffs. Only one team had to travel and it wasn't a match up we would normally see ever one thing is for certain the past 30 years people always complain about college football and it hasnt stopped

I enjoyed the games. Win or Go Home is compelling.
