its not about showcase of talent... its a stress interview dude.. i have been there... its to make sure that we dont flutter under stressed situation.. the more the logical you sound, the more your chances of winning... i myself have been there.. its a top level management interview stuff.. i have been asked about the details of vodafone in their interview.... they asked me a lot of things and asked my dream company, and i told at&t as its a global giant.. they asked me 'how they can hire me when i aspire about another company when there are lots of people who aspire to work with us. we too are global giants'.... sounds insane, but thats the real stuff
