Great job on this video, I think you did your best to present objectivity rather than opinion and laid out both perspectives. My unsolicited internet opinion is that unless EV can become more practical (affordable, reliable, maintainable, and more charging stations), they will never be palatable for the Ford customers at large. I think it's great that they are trying to offer EV vehicles for those that want that, but its obvious the market is not profitable. We will see in 4 years if this plan to take ICE funds from Ford Blue and put it into EV works for them. My guess is no.

That's a lot of bla bla bla, without a lot of basis in reality. The technology isn't there yet, and the raw materials are too rare, and too expensive. Sitting back and saying that technology will improve, and suppliers will sell at lower prices if we buy more is just wishful thinking. They can't sell you more if no more exists! And hey, Ford, you can't sell vehidles right now because you stopped making all your affordable models! What did you think was going to happen?! All it takes now if for the bottom to fall out of the credit market, so people can't be getting 8 year loans on $70,000 F-150s and you've pretty much screwed yourselves. Way to go.

I've seen a lot of videos with these click-bait titles. "(Fill in the blank) CAN'T SELL CARS!' . When I check the actual sales numbers, Ford sales for 1st quarter 2023 are 11% HIGHER than 1st quarter 2022. Most automakers sales are up from this time last year. Clearly someone is buying these vehicles.
