सर यदि r c c में कवर नहीं दिया जाये तो लोहा provide करने का कोई मतलव नहीं लगता. जबकि आप लोग बताते हो कि corrosion व thermal resistance वाली बात कहते हो. मानलो corrosion व thermal effect का कोई प्रभाव नहीं है तो क्या लोहा को concrete से बाहर यानि बिना कवर के रखे तो क्या वह पर्याप्त लोड ले लेगा ,सर . क्रपा कर समझाएं please.
