I don't have any idea how I wound up here, watching a girl work farm land in the midwest, but I'm glad that I did. As a city person, who finds himself wanting to be further and further from the city and loving the satisfaction of doing a hard days work, this could conceivably be in my future. Although I need to be able to make a basic houseplant grow first. I have to say, I love your enthusiasm for the work. You can tell that you are generally excited to see the roots of seeds that you planted a few days or weeks ago. It's infectious to watch you be so excited about something most of us would take for granted. And in the few videos that I've watched I love that your mom and dad get in on the action a little bit. Mom getting the side by side stuck? Whoops. Keep up the great work. I'm gonna smash that subscribe button and can't wait to see how it all works come time to harvest. Thanks for sharing!

I live in the midst of farm and ranch country although I am not a farmer (retired city guy) and find your videos fascinating as it gives me an understanding of what goes on around me. Really enjoying sharing your experiences with you. Would love to learn more about the equipment you are operating, driving, hitching up, etc. Seems like farming today is all about sophisticated technology and being a competent operator. Cheers.

I work as a field hand at an industrial hemp farm. I love watching these videos, it's not like anything we get to get to do and I'm lowkey jealous haha. I can definitely remember how excited I was to come back after my weekend off and see how the clones had practically doubled in size. 'Our' field is going to do great things!
Love the clip at the end, I was about that age running dozer and wouldn't ever think about trading experiences like that for all the toys and other kids stuff I "missed" out on
If you make the videos longer than 10mins I believe that the TH-cam algorithm is more likely to promote them. Just something to bare in mind for the future. Love the videos!
These are great. I love seeing how folks who I depend on for food, wood, etc, do their work, and how it impacts their lives. How about a video with what I assume your mother's role to maintain the household, and undoubtedly also contribute on the farm itself? How do younger kids contribute?
Truck is good. I have several and never hardly have problems with them. The new ones are nice but always breaking down. Rim's and tires and a flat bed with a good dog box.

I love it when you explain things for us city-dwelling farming sim aficionados, but I didn't get what exactly you guys filled into that tank at around 5:30 and what you spilled and why you had to mix those 2 liquids. if you still take suggestions for videos, could you maybe do a short breakdown after these clips to explain what and why you were doing? thanks for the great videos!
That's a good old 4WD F-250. The one thing I'd check is rust on the engine freeze plugs. I had one that rusted through and dumped the anti freeze and they are hard to change with the engine in the truck. If you are going to pull the engine you might want to look them over and maybe go ahead and change them.

Best to name videos with either a description of the "mood" of the day. Or a specific situation that sticks out in the video. As you have been doing. Playlists are a great thing to make it easier to track down similar or multipart videos, as TH-cam doesn't always choose the best next video. You'll have to decide weather or not to mention that there is a surprise at the end of the video. Treat it more like a prize for the people who make the effort to view the whole video, unless its a special announcement. That way it can become more like insider information for viewer loyalty. In the end it comes down to your style. Don't change up things too much from the way YOU want it, after all it is YOUR video. You'll keep getting a feel for it as you already have been. Oh, and when writer's block strikes, sleep on it. Another great video! Also developing an Intro and Outro for your videos will start to brand your videos, that is a whole other can of worms.
Really enjoy watching your videos. It's good to see some of our younger people actually taking an interest in farming and the hard work and challenges. I've seen far too many younger people that wouldn't even lift a finger from their I phone or I pad to do actual work. Keep on and your efforts will be fruitful.

Personally i'm a "hard landscape" gardener in the UK. I work with my brother doing patios, fencing, block-paving, turfing etc. I find it rewarding to look at the end result of a job. Been doing it nearly 20 years. I couldn't work in an office job, i would find it boring. 4:22: Someone needs to invent a solenoid pin for those so you can use reverse cam to line-up and press a button and bam, done. 6:13: What were you adding in the tank there?

Bit of a shame since I must have drove past hundreds of center pivots on my way from CO to VA. Any chance of it coming back?
I'm curious what year that F250 is. We had a 1971 on our farm. It had been through multiple beds; dad replaced them with wood stake-body ones. I remember my father demanding that I had to learn to drive on it because the family car was an automatic and he prohibited me learning on an auto.

Look into a company lnc truck they have a catalog of old trucks like that just put in the year and they will send you a book on that truck.

I'm curious what year that F250 is. We had a 1971 on our farm. It had been through multiple beds; dad replaced them with wood stake-body ones. I remember my father demanding that I had to learn to drive on it because the family car was an automatic and he prohibited me learning on an auto.
