- Russian president Vladimir Putin welcomed his teacher Vera Dmitriyevna Gurevich to Kremlin and visuals of the meeting have gone viral. This after Putin met took oath as President for his six term on Monday. Gurevich was Putin's homeroom teacher from fifth to eighth grade and has close ties with the Russian President. The teacher, Vera Pavlovna Gurevich, was the class teacher of the class in which Putin studied after graduating from primary school. She is 91 years old. Everyone here in St. Petersburg knows her well. The President sometimes visits her when he is in St. Petersburg - this is the city of his childhood.

His community is always behind him, as they also understand exactly what he is trying to do for them. I believe his motto is "Russia and all the Russian people first." He is a great leader.

Being a respectful gentleman, Mr. Putin even humbly adjusted the chair for the lady. This is how a good man sets an example. I wish our (American) president conducted himself with such manners.

He really is a good President! A very just person and absolutely loyal to his people! As a Canadian I want our leader to respect the women of our country and treat his people like his family...and to keep helping us instead of sending billions to wars that have zero to do with us! There is to many people dieing of hunger, addiction is ramping up everywhere and the amount of homeless is out of control and they way country's treat the veterans these days is simply unacceptable! If the veterans knew that they were expendable at the start of their services and knew what they were sent to do for other people greed I bet 90% would have never made the sacrifices they have done!
