- Thanks for watching. This disassembly had me a little intimidated because it was my 1st integral disassembly, but it actually went very well. I left out something in the end of the video, because of how excited this knife had me, but that thing I have told you to watch til the end for will be in the next which will be uploaded in the next couple of days. I really like it also. After disassembling it I know now I was really overthinking it. I think I am going to record it again and re-upload it so it’s a shorter and more precise disassembly, but I’m going to leave this up so people can see what not to do. LOL
I know this was your first time taking it apart, but it was difficult for me to watch, you should have just taken the window out, the torque bit side of the pivot comes out and offers a hole for you to get to everything, this is a very easy knife to work on
I tried to pry it out of there but it wouldn’t budge in then it finally just fell out:. LOL I felt like a idiot when I finally realized I could just poke the pivot out. Unfortunately they don’t come with instructions. I will know what to do with my next integral. Thanks for watching Jerad and for the advice.

Yea I could probably take it apart and have it back together in 5 minutes now and I assume most integrals will be very similar.

Where did you get that pivot tool?
Just received mine a few days ago. Unfortunately the action is far from smooth both when opening and closing. I loosened the pivot a bit but didn't get any improvement. It feels like there is a problem with the bearing (like it got some debris, although it is brand new). Any idea what the problem might be? Regards.
It is very sensitive to lockbar pressure. Make sure none of your fingers are on the lockbar when deploying,
Watching you pry on the pivot while the knife is locked open gave me anxiety. When it’s locked open it puts pressure on the pivot makes it much harder
LOL my anxiety was amplified by 10!!! This was my 1st time disassembling an integral. Since this video I have disassembled it maybe 10 more times to anodize it different colors. I looked for another video to watch someone else do it first, but couldn't find one.
