That kid from nowhere with the "mousey brown hair" transformed into the greatest female heroine in TV history. Let's not forget though he was there when she needed him most. Redux I & Redux II showed exactly what their relationship would be in the future.
I love the hug at the end of Irresistible. That's when I knew it was going to be a slow burn. Also the scene in Terma when Mulder walks in ..I love love that scene .
