    I rebound every day and lift heavy 4 days a week. Love my rebounder ( Cellercise) by David Hall. I've been jumping for 9 years now and in the first 8 months it tightened up my bladder system

    Menopausal woman here, always thin, started gaining abdominal fat, I eat well mostly meat and eggs, don't indulge in alcohol, food cravingsin the afternoon like crazy. Started low dose glp-1, it definitely helped with appetite control, I can now eat without other foods yelling at me
