What DISC type do you think you are?

I like that the DISC is more about our behaviors and less about a personality. As a C, I think it can be very helpful to first know which DISC type you are then use this information when doing personality tests, like for enneagram, 16 personalitly traits, or any other personality test that you want to use. Thanks for this video!

There are many overlapping grey areas of a personality which creates dissonance in work/ private life. But yes possible to see the dominant tendency of these characteristics if one works upon one's self. I am really enjoying your talks 😊

I agree! This is definitely a simplification to an extent, but it helps to serve as a roadmap to greater self-awareness. So glad that you're liking the videos :)

so what kind of jobs are suitable for a conscientious

So since there's a focus on tasks and reserved nature, a structured environment tends to be preferable. Jobs like engineers, scientists, analysts, developers, producers, administrators, finance, etc. Hope that helps?

You spent way more time talking about the process and almost none talking about the specifics.
