- On this episode we're back with our AWD Acura RSX project! Tuned by Rob Reinen aka GreenGo Tuned, we put our freshly built K24 2.2L destroker to the test on the dyno which netted some impressive results! Then we take it out for some pulls, needless to say the car absolutely RIPS! Stay tuned for next episode as we pack up and head to bradenton motorsports park to send it down the dragstrip.

What a legendary build! As an AWD Rsx owner myself, I must say I havent been driving my FBO GTR ever since RSX was tuned at 800whp. These cars are insanely fun and look nice at the same time!
Its dope seeing how much RSXs have blown up over the past couple years especially with AWD kits now too. The future fr 🔥
Was putting together plans for a b18 DC2 project, now im probably gonna do a DC5 for more aftermarket and machining support, cant wait 🔥
I was expecting a "danger to manifd followed by the floors falling under the car" but it went very nicely it sounds insane and looks quick ASF !!!!!
So glad I watched this. I’ve been building mine for two years before you asked for suggestions. Annit went on hold. But had a terrible accident a drunk driver hurt me an the family. So I’m building an extra one for my late wife. An she loved watching this cars build, so seeing this was definitely needed. Way to get it built guys better than bought as always

@P C I feel like the interior/build of the type s vs the older integra is night and day. “Too me” it’s cozy for what it is completely stock and a good first car vibe especially in comparison to the more modern cars. The type s although has a timeless feeling in a way. I recommend looking for one and just sitting in it/test drive it. Definitely a awesome platform.
I’ve had mines since 2012, second owner and got it with 75k miles and now have 204k miles and garage kept. She starts like a champ to this day and hits a vTech when daddy wants her too STRONG.
@P C no issues with mines, just that usual issue sometimes driving hard shifting into second but thats a normal Honda thing.
But just routine maintenance and replaced clutches when its warn and normal wear and tear. No major problems with mines thank god. But i take really great care of mines and i think thats what makes a true difference.
@P C ive had a lot of older hondas and also an 06 type s rsx, id say the rsx is one of the closest feeling to an older honda inside, im not a fan of the 8th gen civic interior really. Def consider a type s, make it an 05-06
You could get a Billet Block K24 Motor from Drag cartel for $7K. It's rated for 1,700 plus horsepower. Imagine this in an AWD RSX type S with a giant turbo.

EPIC clean build so far man! You need at the very least a rollbar and harness' or half cage buckets and harness' in there. Think about your safety. This car is easily 8sec street car. Totally cool H power!

if you got the fuel add NOS for a better MAD. it needs red nos buttons with a floor panel that falls away whenever you hit the NOS at 35psi

6466 precision rates at 900 crank in the real world so no way it’s making 900awhp - but still a wild bit of gear. Keen to see it make some passes now.
Thanks! They rate it at 900 but its pretty well known the 6466 can make upwards of 900whp, it runs out of steam after that. Lets see what the car traps in the 1/4 mile, since dynos can vary, trap speed dont lie 😆🤙
@@ThatRacingChannel Yeah definitely! 900awhp and 2800lbs should be well into the 160’s - I’ve tapped 6466’s out on the hub at well below 800. But big correction differences from US to Australia.

Hello TRC. My question is why did you run side feed intake manifold instead of center feed? I'm asking because I'm building a ek k24 awd. I would like your opinion on the two intakes in hopes I get a better understanding on which way to go. Thanks for any help.
