So much CREATIVITY in this video. For me, the craziest bang for your buck is the toilet set. A close 2nd is the computer workstation. Third would be the hot tub.

By far the most creative building I've seen yet... I'd love to see what you come up with using mods.... clutter, Odin architect, missing pieces, more gates are just some that open up a world of possibilities for decor
Currently using those on a build I have been working on the last week. It's a full town build coming in a few weeks

Great trick spacing the coffered ceiling. I feel like I learned something like that way back when I was training to be a cabinet maker. Or maybe it was a drafting class. But that was decades ago. Great video series! Well edited and narrated!

The ability to decorate your base both Interior and exterior is a HUGE thing in Valheim where you can build the house of your dream or nightmare that you have always wanted to build but never could in all those other games. The ability to use creativity to create something with modern design or skill helps greatly to improving the sterile look of your home and for that Interior and Exterior Design videos for Inspiration are a HUGE Need in Valheim. Building much from little with creativity. So just AWESOME the video!

Wow, appreciate the effort you made. I have started to use the shift key and placing 'sacrificial' objects to line things up, but never thought about using signs and furniture to build.

nice builds man a keen eye for the small details that make things even better I'm doing something like this in my playthrough a modern-day Viking in survival atm I'm on day 1008 still building lul but I'm busy exploring the whole map to keep up the good work you deserve more subs n views

These are all awesome I like the functional stuff like kitchen stuff and lighting love the key idea never thought of that and the swords for the chandeliers awesome the light for the ceiling are cool too wish the blue and yellow mushrooms glow brighter
Great ideas and really appreciate the timestamps. Had to stop the video to try out the Lighting strip with Yellow Mushrooms and it looks so good now in my home.
If they are horizontal item stands you should have no issue attaching yellow mushrooms to them. As long as they are hot bar'd I like to use 1 cause it's easy to spam. You just look at the item stand and when the prompt comes up to attach item 1-8 you just hit your hot key that the mushrooms are on. They won't attach to vertical item stands though only horizontal ones
@@GhostBuilds Thanks, I figured it out eventually, was using the vertical item stands like a moron. Can't wait to try the rest of the ideas, it's so hard to finish the game when you have so many building options, it just sucks you in. :)

Your Morse code for the grand piano just says "Piano". Not sure I'd call that an "Easter egg". But it's certainly interesting. The sad part is that it's so long that it takes up more than on line. I think if you'd used more space, it'd had put it on 1 line.

Absolutely awesome. I struggle with open layouts. Would you please do a short follow-up on the architecture itself? It looks like your floors are 6M tall or more to accommodate the detail work in the ceilings. It would also help to know the floorplan and dimensions..
It is clear you do this professionally - if only for the fact that you know the names of all the detail fiddley-bits (thanks to Douglas Adams for that term). Again, truly a work of art presented better than most veteran YT creators! Very thoughtful and appreciated. It was said below and I must agree; this is the sort of video you return to time and again. (had to subscribe!). Algorithms be damned! You do superior work!
I actually have a how to build for this structure I've already completed, but I'm waiting to redo the first scene once the landscaping portion is complete. I'm trying to tie 3 video together so I need everything done so I can direct traffic to each video for questions just like this. So I'll just answer Ur question here in the mean time. The living room /dining room has a 6M elevation the other side of the house is 8M but has 2 stories. So the main floor is 4M

They are very simple to make. Just place a beam on a ceiling and then a Flor panel under that beam and work out from there.

i literally watched every second of this video and i'm loving every build you've made :) i'm just a little curious about your viking since i noticed that when you're building something, there's this sort of light that you're emitting in front of you and i find it kind of useful for building in dark spaces. i would like to ask how to do that since i'm kind of new to the game :)

What a fantastic eye you have for design. The indirect lighting especially! So I tried it! - how in the HECK are you able to see how to line up your placement of item stands with that infernal flashing yellow target box?? I tried making a row of mushroom lighting and it looked like I had a seizure for most of the placement.

Do you have a tutorial for those vertical windows you used in the church or in castle Fairfax? For the large (Fairfax), medium and narrow ones (they all look really good),

@@GhostBuilds I got some pretty decent ones, didn't have to use Shift. To fill the top with stones, I turned stone cubes in 45º and it worked pretty well, ended up looking interesting...

Thanks. Although I don't think glass will ever be added I'm not sure the Vikings actually used glass in windows
They never used glass, but did use thin hides or meshed fishing nets for draperies. and wooden shutters to block out bad weather.
damn, I've should have taken all those yellow mushrooms back to base.....
That’s waaaaaay too many to just collect. It’s more practical to spawn them with console commands if you’re going to use them for stuff like this. For survival though, they do respawn, so keep those burial chambers and crypts marked on your map and go back later :)
