Thanks for the video. and nice try. I'm half way through and i'm pulling my hair out. The instructions to do this build are sketchy at best. I have ZERO clue if this is right so far. Ill pop back in and let ya know if I ever finished it. As a Tutorial goes. 2/10. The build 8/10, and the video quality was good at a 9/10. There are a couple people that do very good tutorials that are easy to follow. This was not easy to follow. Too many skipped over parts where i'm scratching my head thinking. Did i DO that right? Sure doesn't look the same as his.

dude you could be rich designing this irl if not already wow - this is actually my dream home ...in game I struggle with four square walls and a roof lol.

So correct me. If I'm wrong but wouldn't the advance building be completely useless with the weather system in the game? It would just get destroyed? Or people just playing with no weather damage on? Seems to kind of take the fun out of it if you ask me. Personal opinion, I don't play games for the building.

Another easy way to deal with protrusions is to put a second border row/column set outside the first - looks good, too!

As usual, fantastic job building and wonderful video. But I have a question: doesn't all that outdoor refined wood and simple stone require a ton of maintenance after storms? I play on Prometheus Hard and I just can't imagine having that much refined wood outside. How do you deal with that?

This video is so old but still helpfull! with the ashland update so many building pieces came into the game that you would love to explore the psibilitys.

The grill you used for the circle did they remove that? Never seen that in my items even with all items unlocked or maybe I just didn't see it unsure but did they remove this grill? If so is there an alternative?

What's the point of making such details when mobs can destroy it? Or you have to spawn a new world with an update?

Although I have 32GB of ram my base got so big that wierd stuff was happening. Thanks I think you inadvertantly sort of fixed my problem .... I just ordered another 32gm of ram .........lol

Do the spawned in assets automatically fall to ground level or are you controlling that?

Very good video. I cannot get a pergola built as you did in the video. I place them on a rock foundation and they just fall apart. Suggestions?
