- This set was a long Space Ambient session with some sequences from the Moog Matriarch and Eurorack Modular. All pads and atmospheric sounds were played by the Waldorf Iridium Keys, Iridium Desktop and Waldorf M. Additional sounds by Luftrum´s Bioscape.

When a true master enfolds his creativity, everything looks so easy and simple. But the infinite soundscapes of Martin Stürtzer are the opposite of simpel, they are just marvelous masterpieces of profound complexity. His performance is of such tranquility and precision while always having the time to drink tea, almost in a ritual manner. Even when his cute companion, his beloved ambient loving cat Neptune, demands full attention during a live set, nothing can stop him by creating these amazing landscapes in sound.
It is such a joy to watch the creation of these pieces of art.
Thank you so much for the endless flight hours as passenger in your cockpit and for these trips to the stars and beyond.
PS: The Golden Records on the Voyager-spaceprobes should have contained some of these sets, because in the far distant future, when the sun will have turned into a red giant and simply swallowed our planet, it is most likely that these probes, Voyager 1 and 2 will be the last remains and even remindings of the human race. If it had already existed in 1977 your music would have been qualified to be on these discs. 🤗

Martin, Martin, Martin ... was hast Du da nur geniales konstruiert? ... Ich habe mir das Set jetzt schon mehrfach während der Arbeit etc. angehört aber mal mit etwas Ruhe auf der richtigen Anlage (5.1) hebt das richtig ab, man ist mittendrin und um einen herum lebt es richtig!!! Ab 10:20 bis ca. 37:00 hat das eine so immens tiefe Räumlichkeit und ist verändert sich über die Zeit hinweg so subtil an x Stellen. Das erweckt den Eindruck, als hättest Du > 10 Synths gelayered und einzeln durch Raum und Zeit bewegt ... ich bin hin und weg!!!!! RESPEKT!!!!!

Das Iridium Keyboard hat eine Tastatur, die polyphones Aftertouch kann. Das ist für dynamisch spielbare Sounds sehr interessant. Die Sound Engines der beiden sind sonst identisch, ich habe meine eigenen Patches jetzt auf beiden Geräten gleichzeitig laufen.

Hallo Martin, soooo jetzt muss ich wirklich nochmals schreiben! Wenn Du mal eine ruhige Minute findest, Mastere doch BITTE dieses Set (wobei das nicht wirklich nötig ist?) und bringe es als Album raus! Ich kenne ja schon einiges von Dir, aber das hier ist für mich das aller schönste Set, das ich bisher gehört habe und es geht mir nach Monaten immer noch total unter die Haut!!!!
Ok, ok! :) Ich schaue mal durch, was ich davon aufgenommen habe. Laut Bandcamp ist auf der "Antimatter Resonance" etwas aus diesem Set dabei, hast du das mal angehört?

@@MartinStuertzer so, ich habe jetzt mal in die Antimatter rein gehört. Der erste Track (Antimatter …) ist der zweite Teil von #38 und auch richtig schön, aber der erste Teil (also bis Antimatter) ist das, was mich so Hammer packt 😊
Are you using the Push on Bitwig via DrivenbyMoss? Been toying with the idea of getting it to replace my old launchpads, though I'll probalby just go with the newer launchpads due to the price.

Was the modular responsible for that earth shattering bass in Part 2 at 26:00? It was incredible! I could see the notes being triggered on the screen in Live but couldn't tell where it was going.
Thank you! That is Arturia Pigments with a very basic patch. I used a sine oscillator and had a little amount of FM to shape the waveform.

What equipment are you using other than the two Iridiums and other synths? The hardware on the left and top left? Top left next to the Iridium version 1. And what audio mixer do you use? :)
Hi! I don´t use an audio mixer and patch all synths directly into my audio interfaces. The other synths that I use a lot are Moog Matriarch, Moog Sub37, Waldorf M, Oberheim Xpander, Roland Juno60, Virus TI and my little Eurorack Modular.

I'm so surprised at how well behaved your cat is. If my cat saw that room he would rip all those patch cables out and within 15 mins all those synths would be a big pile of broken mess on the floor.
