- Many of you know me as a crazy man cycling in the Coldest Inhabited Region of the World (Yakutia, Siberia), but it's just a small part of my journey.
In this video I tried to sum up 24 years of my life into 22 minutes, and as you can see my life was never boring.
Sorry for my bad English, I learned it on the road while cycling around the world. I hope to improve it for my next videos!

Hi Lorenzo, My name is Aaron. I live in the state of Texas, USA. I came across your channel maybe 2 years ago. What caught my attention was the extreme cold temperature and that you were using fuel-fed heaters to warm cars so that they would start. I recall being ratber anxious watching you guys as I was concerned that either a fire would break out due to the blanket covering the vehicle or that the car would be taken by violent fire due to the fuel in the vehicle. In any event; I trust you guys are far better than I as I've never heated a vehicle in such a manner (it doesn't get that cold in Texas, maybe 10-15°F every so many years but not frequently). We sometimes have winters that drop down to maybe 60°F and our sumners are hot, as it is now, anywhere from 100-107, 108, 109, 110°F.
Amyhow, I came across upur channel once again and decided to hear your story. I can't say that I've ever been so captivated by one's personal life story. Just listening to you desceibe how you go from one adventure to the next is incredibly interesting. I can't even imagine the many stories that you have to share. Like you, I too become bored in one place for too long and have to have a change of scenery in one way or another. I like change. I love to see new places. The more I see, the more I love life but hands down, you've got me beat by a long shot! I doubt I could ever hope to see so many placrs, especially in Europe, though I can say that Ive been to about 45 of 50 states here in the US, as well as Canada and Mexico. As I said earlier, I live in Texas, but I went to college in Florida and spent one year doing my internship in which I travelled to a number of states in the Northeast, including Washington DC.
It's a shame that the land bridge that once allowed passage from Russia over to the state of Alaska, US, ultimately succumbed to water and is no longer able to be traveled by foot or bike. It would have been a very enjoyable & interesting trip. If in the future you ever find yourself riding across the US, in the state of Texas, don't hesitate to drop a message and say so. We can find accomodations for you to have a days rest or more. Texans are extremely friendly, welcoming & hospitable. We will probably give you so much sweet tea and southern cooking you'll be sick (not really), we just love good food & sweet tea. Definitely bring your wife along if she enjoys the adventures that you do. The more the merrier! We have a lot if great people in Texas and all over the US, indeed. Anyhow, feel free to message if your adventures ever bring you to Texas. And, congratulations on your new marriage. Wishing you both the very best and many wonderful years together! Ciao Lorenzo! Ti ho trovato virtualmente una volta che sei diventato così formidabilmente estremo e simbolo di libertà,venendo a conoscenza delle tue avventure proprio come tante altre persone. In realtà,durante questi anni,spesse volte mi è capitato di ripensare a quel bambino a cui feci l'accoglienza il primo giorno di elementari a San Gemini e dal quale le maestre mi avevano messo in guardia in quanto vivacissimo. Da ciò che dici,
probabilmente era vero,ma con me sei stato adorabile ed ogni volta che ti incontravo per la scuola mi salutavi carinamente. Ho sempre conservato un tenero ricordo di te e non puoi capire quanto mi faccia piacere saperti tanto attivo,coraggioso,appassionato,in gamba e che tu abbia trovato la tua strada...E che strada! This is a fascinating story of a brave young man. I am impressed by your daring mindset, and your ceaseless drive to accomplish feats that very unique few in this world could reach.
You learned through your biking trips what most people cannot learn in any school. Moreover, while in Russia, you were quite proficient conversing in Russian, and your English in up there, so don’t worry, you’re communicating very well.
It was so wonderful watching people in those frozen villages in Russia greeting you with such delight, respect, and love. I am sure they will remember you as a brave man from Italy who ventured through the coldest aeras on earth on a bicycle, and alone, and never complained or asked for help.
Congratulation on your marriage to Aygul, she is a brave girl to marry a crazy guy like you, but you need her, she is the one for you, and she is lucky to have you as a soulmate, so treat her very nicely. Your wedding to that girl is on by itself is a wonderful tale. It’s very romantic too.
