- This is the final episode of my 2.801 km trip beyond the Arctic Circle in the Coldest Inhabited Region of the World (YAKUTIA).
After 3 attempts accompanied with temperatures below -50°C (Dec 2020, Jan 2021):
1st - 11 December 2020
2nd - 20 December 2020
3rd - 8 February 2021
my dream to reach Yuryung-Khaya at the end of the Northernmost Road in the world finally came true...
For 43 days I've traveled through yakutian villages, some of them are 300 km away from eachother..
I've met incredibly kind people from the start till the end of my trip, and I will always be grateful for their hospitality.

I see several things here. One guy can change whole perspective that even the harshest thing can be fought with smile.
Local people are happy to have a guest specially a guy who did something that never been tried before ever in history. In future, it may also provide tourism for locals and adventure for bicycle enthusiasts. He alone has opened doors for people around the world to travel Russia's coldest part and see something amazing and learn to survive harshest winter. And for locals it's another way to have tourism and better future for themselves and their kids.
I love how everyone is so welcoming everywhere you go. In the US people aren’t like that they are kind of weary of visitors or just ignore you and go on with their day.
Maybe in alaska is like this. Remote zones where money didn t corrupt people

Hey Lorenzo :) I watched the whole Yakutsk series in one row. Thanks for that. I really enjoyed it.
Pro-tip: When someone gives you the hand for shaking you should take off your right hand glove. I understand that for people that are only standing by and want to take a photo it's uncomfortable and I wouldn't do it too I guess to be honest. But at least give the people your hand who are hosting and feeding you. As a russian I can tell you it's deeply disrespectful. They maybe haven't said that to you as you're an Italien and believe that maybe dont know that or they are just too polite. But believe me - they don't like it whatever they're saying. Otherwise they wouldn't take their gloves off as well. Anyway. Thanks for the cool Videos 😁
