"Do you believe in fate?" is a short film about a girl in her early 20s named “Mia” sharing her string of failed dates with her long-distance best friend. Through her reflection of the dating experiences, it highlights the impersonal and casual nature of modern dating. While others see it as the norm, Mia longs for a soulmate brought to her by fate.
