American navy is designed to be little weaker cruisers then other navies but all ships come before in tech three, anti air and anti sub ships are both destroyers, other factions have 1 destroyer and 1 frigate or 2 frigate, and capital ship is tech level 3 while all other factions have capital ship at tech level 4 all carrier variants are free as the don't require GPs . American submarine is for groud support and less for hunting ships. This is by design to america have earlier ships to show that america rules the waves and other must fight for it, and to have america naval gameplay be defensive with ships that protect carrier. Carrier just sails to enemy and destroys everything if not contested.
@@917rommel aah yeah.. sounds balanced.. cuz if the subs of usa and the destroyers were like others they would deffo be OP, since the carrier by itself is Op.
Collision is same as with tanks, ships wont magicly go trough other ships, submarines unfortunatly cant go below ships or other submarines, russian heavy cruiser narval can ram other ships for crushing.
