As an ex Cadet from the days when we used Lee Enfields, when did Adult senior rates start wearing shoulder flahes?
Doing this later this year! Hell to the yeah! Probably no SA80 though...
well, technically speaking; sixteen year olds can join the army and 17 1/2 year olds can be commissioned.
No, You have to go through arms training and learn all the saftey behind the Weapons (L98A2) to be able to handle them

Just a question, i m a retired officier in italian red cross military corp. At certain moment some of cadets take off the hat and some not, why?
Males do, Females don't. Further to this all Cadets irrespective of gender in the guard don't remove head gear.
