I just used your recipe for the brisket I smoked yesterday. That bun holds up very well for my burt ends sandwich and the taste was amazing. When I baked those buns my house also smelled amazing. I already make your charcoal grill fish recipe on a regular basis. Thanks again for a fire ass recipe.
