    Before taking a catalog live, we always advice that you research pricing in detail. Customers are extremely price sensitive. Setting the right price means capturing your target audience effectively and staying ahead of the competition. How exactly do you find what price is best for your products? There are a couple of ways.
    Let's first understand how to set pricing so as to ensure you aren't selling products at a loss. Consider the various components of pricing. The price of your product can be set at how much you spent to procure the product plus the margin you wish to earn per unit sold plus GST. Put simply, you can use the following equation: Product price = Supplier cost + Supplier margin + GST
    You can also search for the product you're selling on the Meesho app to see how top-sellers are pricing their products. If you want to stay competitive, we suggest that you offer similar prices to the top ten listings. The higher your catalog shows, the most visibility it gets. Price your catalogs to show on top.
    The Price Recommendation tool is a great way to find the best prices for your category across the internet. Meesho's Price Recommendation tool gets data from across e-commerce platforms, including Meesho, and shows you how others within your category are pricing products. It gives you valuable insights to make your decision-making process significantly easier.
    Refer to the price recommendation tool regularly to keep your prices competitive real-time. Keep an open-mind and change prices for your products on an ongoing basis to stay ahead of the competition in your category.
    Meesho now has the option to set 2 prices. The Meesho price, which is the higher price, allows customers to return a product for various reasons. The Wrong/Defective Return Price, which is lower, allows returns for much fewer reasons. Customers who buy your products at the Wrong/Defective Return Price need to submit proof of return as well.
    Why set 2 prices? It offers two competitive prices to your customer as opposed to just one. The lower price makes chances of purchases more likely as well! Suppliers who have set up 2 prices have seen returns reduce by 50%-60% and orders increase by 30%-40%!

    The product should be opened and returned in front of the delivery boy (if the product is not personal) if the product found defective, broken and not working. Most of the customers tell a lie and they replace the supplier's genuine product with a used and damaged product and said that we received a damaged product. Someone starts a business with their savings and starts selling on online Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart and other market place. He/she researches the product and utilises time to find the best product to their customer and sell the product within a minimum margin, afterall the customer return their product with the reason (mujhe pasand nahi aaya, color issue, size issue, stain issue, galti se order kar diya). When a customer directly purchases an item from market he/she has no choice of return the product, only they check the product in front of the shopkeeper and if the product is damaged on the next day then the shopkeeper will not be responsible for that product and the customer doesn't regret it, so I request to Meesho try to make a way in favour of supplier otherwise it's a total loss of supplier. This advice is not only for Meesho all other ecommerce platforms as well.

      Exactly. Most of the buyer return fake and damaged pdt. He/she return reasion was also fake. One lady order 2 saree she return one saree , after 20 day i got my retyrn open the parcel iam shocked shesend damaged moskitoue net and waste cloth return. She stole saree. What can do .

    We are also seller on meesho. after having good ratings on catalog we are getting very low orders fom january ,your growth tools also not too much effective.

      Raise the ticket. They'll send u a copy pasted response and suggest you to keep trendy product, maintain quality and at last, run ads. From the ads, they'll get you lots of fake orders and finally, charge you double the amount than that of what u intended to spend. Than you'll again be busy raising tickets and those labor chowk kind of staff will keep giving you irrelevant responses....this way, your life will be busy and everybody around you will start thinking that u must be making too much of money. But please keep a track of ur BP till u r dealing with Meesho because someday, you'll be tired of them and forgive their deeds thinking "Health is Wealth".....aur yahi ek rasta hai jisse Meesho will make you feel wealthy .... Though I know you don't have any intention to really resolve our concerns, but in case aap by chance pade likhe type ke staff ho, to Bhai tickets acche se resolve karna sikhao support team ko. Unko bolo copy-paste karke muft salary Lena chhodein. Sab bhagwaan dekhta hai aur aap log ka number bhi aayega. Shame on Meesho Vendor Support .....     Very bad service , I just started sometime back , got 2-3 orders but pickup logistics doesnt come to pickup only, when I raised the ticket for pickup not done, they just say formatted reply that logistics person come to collect but package not ready, which is absolutely false, package ready from 3 days, now don't if they would charge penalty for logistics problem from me also.

      पंखा बेचो तो ग्राहक को गुलाब मिलेगा रिटर्न आने पर उसमें से चुहा निकलेगा सोच समझकर माल बेचे धोखे से बचे आपने डीलीवरी पार्टनर को सही प्रोडक्ट दिया उसी पर पेमेन्ट हो तो ठीक नहीं तो लुट गए । जैसे क्रीम लगाकर कोई गोरा नहीं हुआ वैसे सप्लायर बनकर कोई अमीर नहीं हुआ

    Lots of returns they didn't even opened when delivery person went they refuse the order waste of time and money and they return the product for quality issues for 100rs and 200 rs product won't be good they are low cost for that also they return the product and meesho was charging the penalties of 120 in that we get 50 to 30 rs profit
    We don't get any profits out of we have pay extra I was maintained good quality product my father was maintaining the business for 36 years of experience he told that waste of time in this type policy by meesho they have to change the rules and policies

      Meesho to kachara bikvana janti hai to customer wese hi honge ne,
      200 wali product Lao, sayad le bhi ayenge per quality was "0", Aur age kya hoga , meesho ke uper se hi trust nahi rahega, qunki sabko pata hai 150-200 me koi Quality manage nahi hota 😂

    Sir you are telling right, but what is the problem? Whatever you do, orders don't come. Even if a single order came, it would have been RTO or canceled. Tried it all and saw it. The support team would also have just shunned by telling their reasons, they seemed to be working just for their payment. So now I am left wondering what to try.

    Aap apne brand ka bahut promotion karte hai, humari training k liye webinar karte hai, humare liye training videos banate hai taki jyada suppliers add ho, but aap kabhi customer k liye video banate hai, ki agar aap fraud karte hai online shopping me to uski kya penalties hai aur supplier ka kitna loss hota hai aapke Aisa karne se, aapke returns se, aapke late order cancel karne se, aapki fake rating se, supplier ka kitna loss hota hai iske liye aapne aaj tak koi video share nahi Kiya? Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other Ecommerce platform customers ko kyo nahi guide karte. Please make a video on them, so they should be aware of the suppliers pain. Every supplier agrees or not? Aap sabhi suppliers is se agree hai ya nahi batao?

    this two price policy is total against the supplier as customer order the stuff at low price then they dont have opt to return so they damage the stuff send it back to supplier as this will double lost to supplier price bhi kam do or uske bad 120rs charge bhi bear kro then apka jo stuff return aaya h wo bhi proper condtion me nhi hota h as it will three time lost to supplier

    Wrong defective price kuchh bhi effective ni hai ek to 30-40rs less amount credit hoti hai. Nd customer product ko return approve krane ke liye product ko damage krke wapas krte hai...nd claim ye bolkr ni milti ki customer ko broken product deliver hue h, so claim approved ni hote bht sare product k liye.
    Meesho achha bhi h ni bhi...0% commission ke liye achha h but in other hand loss as well due to many reasons. Lost product in RTO.

    Why ther a big difference between enter weight and after list weight
    my product is 250gm after packing weight is 380gm
    but in the app it is showing 727gm
    after so many calls and ticket raise
    no correction done by meesho
    i am in loss bcoz delivery and reverse delivery charges are very high

      i run 1200 rs ad i got 6 order 2 cancelled 3 rto 1 accepted.......When you try ads they give you fake orders to show fake growth

      At Meesho we provide our suppliers with the opportunity to promote their products through Paid Advertisements. The charges for the paid ads are deducted directly from suppliers' payments along with GST at 18%. We recover our paid advertisement charges every alternate Tuesday based on the daily usage.

    sir i would like to mention here so others too get clarity on this that in the example of saree (cost 250 + margin Rs. 50) you said 5% gst will come to 15 Rs. that means supplier will expect 300 in his bank settlement only but at the time of settlement Meesho will pay approximately 277 or 278 Rs. You say zero percent commission but supplier don't get the 300 (in the example).

    I have got only 2 orders till date n in one order the product was wrongly returned by making it defective from the customer's end and charges were deducted for the same. Instead they should charge 5% commission n no returns should be accepted

    Mere 3 RTO order gayab hai 4 bhi delivered show kar raha hai mai bahut baar ticket raise kar chuki hu par wo pahle bolte h 1-2 din ruk jayiye mil jayega par kuch bhi ni hota. Aise karke mere 4 packet gayab h ko sunwai ni hai.

    Chor company hai. Chor customer galat samaan return kar dete hein aur vendor support mein gawaar bithaa rakhe hein labor chowk se laa ke. They are just focused on robbing their own vendors. Finally I've started to explore other options and i wish I be able to subside Meesho soon.....Amen

    Dear users, pls don't opt for meesho nor to sell neither purchase as the quality of product very very poor/inferior and if you become supplier then also they are not going to listen anything from you infact the customer care is the worst, their call never get connected, whatever solution they provide didn't long last neither their other department cordinates with them. They don't to give claims, they don't want to support supplier, they don't want to connected with supplier

They don't have a will to work. Kismat kharaab thi ke Shopee chalaa gya. Shopee was such a wonderful site for suppliers as well as buyers.     Supplier selling price messho khud hi kam kar deta hai... Agar margin Rs.50 rakhte hain to dikkat hoti hai.. humara 280 selling price wala item khud hi 254 dikha raha hai..

Price editing tool honi chahiye jisse ki seller price apne according increase or decrease kr ske...nd sell ke time pr price kam krne pr kuchh products me hmesa ke liye price kam ho jati hai...jisse ki loss hai. 90% RTO inti hardworking orders growth ke liye but sare wapas.... packeging nd wrong return nd lost product in RTO all makes you in loss only.

    this two price policy is total against the supplier as customer order the stuff at low price then they don't have opt to return so they damage the stuff send it back to supplier as this will double lost to supplier price bhi kam do or uske bad 120rs charge bhi bear kro then apka jo stuff return aaya h wo bhi proper condtion me nhi hota hpickup logistics doesn't come to pickup only, when I raised the ticket for pickup not done, they just say formatted reply that logistics person come to collect but package not ready,

      @@MeeshoSupplierHub From this very day we have stopped accepting orders On Meesho. Meesho is fraud company, they take sellers and seller's money for granted. Meesho do not accept false Courier Return, and even after you have all unpacking video as per guidelines-less then half of Customer return/damage/missing return Claim will get approved. New Sellers Please Do not join Meesho.

    Jhandu platform only rate Kam karwate hain aur fhir return kerke paisa katte. Khaya piya Kuch nahi gilas toda athana. Return ho Jane ke ek mahine baad bhi saree nahi milti. Totally wast of time messho

    Meesho is blocking all the cataloges without providing any reason and after blocking catalogs you still says we can sell anything why ???
    Atleast provide a reason why you have blocked a catalog🤢 you have blocked mine 50 catalogs and where I put my stock?? On your head or on my head?? Ridiculous you are still a disappointing for a new sellers. And last thing why you are not blocking the catalogs for big suppliers?? Any reason ??? Are they providing you anything extra ?? I will stop selling On Meesho because it is a wasteage of time and money.
