True. It is not east to raise children and work outside. This ad actually spreads the wrong message putting unnecessary pressure on women. Someone has to sacrifice when women work outside. My mother was a successful woman in work but that meant sacrificing the time she needed to spend on me. I still have problem socializing, making friends, and fitting in.

I love this ad. It truly reminds me about me. I am a surgical resident and mother of 1. I always thought how I would be able to handle both my baby and my career. Loved the premise and emphasis that "women can do it all" but once again the corporate woman is vilified for choosing to not have children. It's not only a mother's duty to look after her kid. It is also the father's equal duty to take care of his child. Taking care of a child should be equally distributed. Not only "she" can carry both. The ad is great. But going through comment section feels like still people haven't understood the meaning of it. Motherhood is a woman's choice. Their strengths to cater to work-life balance is not absolute but rather subjective. There are women who can easily do it, and there are women who would not like to go for it. Comment section says a lot. All men raving about this ad and most women disliking it. It’s not about fake feminism. Physically women might be carrying the child but technically the responsibility is of both. So both the partners should be willing to carry the responsibility if chosen to do so. They say it takes a village to raise a child. We have moved from Joint to Nuclear families. It takes both partners to raise a child. Stop patronising women by pushing all responsibility on to them. Being able to pursue once dreams and aspirations also leads to good mental and emotional health. This is just their advertisement. I know many women who regret not able to pursue their career or choose lesser positions in jobs due to child birth.Men don’t have to face such issues when they become father. For me, both of them are right. My father didn't help in my mother's pregnancy.. till now she fights with my dad for those days. Due to this, I do have a trauma and I don't want to be a mother. But if my partner is caring, I would do that.
The video is amazing but some people in the comments are still missing the point. It's true that she can carry both, but it's not mandatory for her to carry both. The question "what is there to manage" makes it clear. There is a lot to manage. For people with privilege of money, parents, etc can take care of their children when parents are on duty. I'm brought up by a mother who started her day at 3:30 and slept at 12:30 and had to travel 280kms a day which was my parents' choice which I never consider inspiring but an act done out of financial necessity which I won't be choosing. I have faced many issues in adolescence due to lack of parental care and support. And the question what is there to manage is coming out of utter ignorance and the proud walk of the SSP is because of social, financial privileges. To people trying to distinguish fake feminist and true feminists, don't you think in the case of men, even most men won't let their daughter/wife/girlfriend stay or interact with another men because even men consider other men potential threat and thus try to say potentially rapist men and not all men. Need more such stories. Im so proud and thankful to my Mom and now my wife, for exactly being such a strong inspiration for me. I have seen them both manage family and work with full tashan. Kudos to the practical and pragmatic women of India.
Have you ever asked them if they really enjoy doing this household work that they do with "full tashan". If a woman can do both her job and looking after the family, why can't men do it? Sugarcoating a few words of admiration and then laying the responsibility of looking after the house and children solely at the feet of women, you're actually pushing them into a tyrannic work ethics.

The real "inclusion" is when females respect each others' choices. The woman herself has the final say because it's about her life and her body. It sure is *amazing* to juggle home and work but it shouldn't be glorified so much that the women who have made a choice are excluded. The slogan for this year's international women's day is #BreaktheBias and this advertisement is anything but unbiased. :(

Comment section says a lot. All men raving about this ad and most women disliking it. It’s not about fake feminism. Physically women might be carrying the child but technically the responsibility is of both. So both the partners should be willing to carry the responsibility if chosen to do so.
They say it takes a village to raise a child. We have moved from Joint to Nuclear families. It takes both partners to raise a child. Stop patronising women by pushing all responsibility on to them. Being able to pursue once dreams and aspirations also leads to good mental and emotional health.
This is just their advertisement. I know many women who regret not able to pursue their career or choose lesser positions in jobs due to child birth.Men don’t have to face such issues when they become father. The question "what is there to manage" makes it clear. There is a lot to manage. For people with privilege of money, parents, etc can take care of their children when parents are on duty. I'm brought up by a mother who started her day at 3:30 and slept at 12:30 and had to travel 280kms a day which was my parents' choice which I never consider inspiring but an act done out of financial necessity which I won't be choosing. I have faced many issues in adolescence due to lack of parental care and support. And the question what is there to manage is coming out of utter ignorance and the proud walk of the SSP is because of social, financial privileges.
To people trying to distinguish fake feminist and true feminists, don't you think in the case of men, even most men won't let their daughter/wife/girlfriend stay or interact with another men because even men consider other men potential threat and thus try to say potentially rapist men and not all men.
The struggle of motherhood/womenhood in a father/man headed society for many is real. Acknowledge it if you can't understand or experience it.

A lot of men these days want to push all the responsibilities of earning as well as doing household chores and looking after his parents in the disguise of supporting women in their career after marriage and talking about how women are empowered because they can do everything.
