how on earth do you get these interviews. Should be way more popular on youtube. If you haven't already, I'd suggest posting these on instagram or tik tok with your youtube watermarked in the video/linked in your bio. There is more chance for organic growth on those platforms

I know you probably don't work this way, but I'd suggest giving these interviews more personality either via some dumb questions/an interviewer (though you have to be very careful with who you choose as an interviewer). It would help keep engagement from braindead young people
