- USAID Firms Project is launching the third and final phase of the Swat Tourism Promotion Campaign this weekend with the release of the "Discover the Jewels of Swat" print ad series, as well as the nationwide release of the Swat tourism promotion song and video.
This music video, titled "Zindagi Hai Yahan", has been created in order to showcase the treasures of the beautiful valley of Swat and promote it as a premium tourist destination in Pakistan. Famed singer
Meesha Shafi has rendered the lead vocals and is backed up by additional vocals by Asad Abbas and Saima Mumtaz. The music captures the beauty and spirit of Swat and has a rustic yet energetic feel to it, while the accompanying video provides a glimpse of stunning vistas of the beautiful Swat valley. The video has been directed by Zeeshan Parwez and shot by Kohi Marri and Shahrukh Khurshid.
The music video is being released on popular TV channels (Geo News, ARY Digital, and HUM TV) effective from October 16-November 5, 2011, with a simultaneous radio release of the song on FM 100 and 89. It
will also be featured on www.tourswat.com:
Geo News - During Prime time 7:00-8:00PM
ARY Digital - During semi Prime time 4:00-6:00PM
HUM TV - During Prime time 6:00-7:00PM
