Nice demo! It is so sweet to have these room reflections and verbs from these iconic studios. Between the two, I'd probably get FAME because it's more colorful, but I'll likely get both. UAD's Ocean Way Studio is also a must-have IMO for adding life to sources that were recorded in dead rooms.

Fame is having issues with M1 just a heads up. Need to get ocean way. Thank you for the rec. stay up my friend ⬆️

These are my favourite rooms out there, I use both of them for different purposes. Most of the time I use the Fame Studio booths with the decay put at 0 and a balance between dry and wet to give distorted riffs more thickness, meanwhile I use sunset live rooms for stuff like piano arpeggios or chords, to make them more airy. Awesome sound and video!

@@_TheModernCreative I think it's a bit overlooked as a plugin, but sound totally killer, especially for di instruments

yeah, I just be careful with compatibility. I can’t get sunset to open up on M1.

I think that each can serve a purpose. its like a LA2A vs a Fairchild compressor or Neve vs API console. Both will sound amazing but in slightly different way. I would mix a track using the sunset sound then mix the same track with the fame. See how you like either one in a mix on a song.

I usually put my BGV stacks in a sunset booth, before sending to a plate buss

Nice vid, nice playing, too. Are you aware that you compared a live room to an iso booth? And a lot of the time the Fame wet was 6-10db more than the sunset, which made Sunset seem that much less "wet" and colorful? Cheers.

nice demo/review ! And you are a talented guitarist for shure. I would say "Fame" for long notes and "Sunset" for quick notes solo/riff. For rythm guitar maybe Fame for slow strumming (so the reverb won't collide with the next strum) and sunset for fast strumming.

They are about the same in my ears, but I like Sunset Sound a little better. You can use them together and or stand alone as you know .

Sunset definitely sounds more organic. Fame sounds like a complete emulation
