Wow, what an amazing setup makeover! I love the way you've transformed your space with all the new gear. I love your setup and the colors you chose to match everything.
The best “lazy people” mod for keyboards (from experience) is tape modding. Its super easy to do and has a huge result to the sound profile of the keyboard. You basically just apply a layer or two of painters tape to the back of the PCB and it adds a really nice muted thock to the keystroke

I just wanted to mention that the reason why the keycaps pull out the switches could be one of two things.
1. The stem tolerance is to tight that it pulls out the entire switch.
2. The plate tolerance is too loose that by pulling the keycap the switch comes with it.
Once you replaced the keycaps did it continue to pull out the switch? If it did then the plate is loose. Also if and when you try lubing switches try the speed lubing method less work and it achieves the same results.

I've seen someone else similarly hanging their desk mats 😀 I hope to have enough someday that I need to come up with clever storage ideas for them hahaha 😂💜
use a vapor steamer and a towel to prevent warp the towel is to prevent burns on the surface area
just wanted to let you know you can always put another layer of some cloth or other thick material in between both sides of the clips of the skirt hanger and your mouse pads so they won't pinch as hard!
thank you!! they do pinch and leave marks but luckily it goes right back to normal after not too long but if this ever changes i’ll definitely do this :)

Glad someone has a Sonos Beam/Ray in their setup as i'm thinking of doing the same.
the ray is alright, does the job but if you’re super into good sound and have the budget get the beam! plus hooking up the ray is annoying without an optical port

These hangers are also good for the mouse pads you have they won't leave that mark that you are afraid of: Maple Wood Skirt and Pant Clamp Hangers 16-Pack found in Home Depot. $22.16 for six.

In term of keycaps I can recommend osumekeys. They are high quality with crisp legends and looks soo clean and cute. I am sure that some of their sets will match your setup :)

Nice setup as always, was thinking if there was like a towel rack or similar that you could use to place the mousemats on? that way they won't get marked by any clips. I might need to look into this myself haha
the reason why i didn't go for a towel rack is cus it would've limited me to how wide the mats can be to fit into the holder/space!
honestly these clips do leave marks, but they completely disappear after some minutes! nothing permanent

Hi nuggie, now you've had this setup for a while I've been wondering how you feel about keeping your pc on a separate surface to your desk. Are you happy with it being off to one side, or do you want a bigger desk to accommodate the pc too? Love your videos, as always they are so inspiring! 🥹🫶
hello! i think i'll always do it this way just because my computer is SOO heavy, so i feel better with it off to the side on something that doesn't move. with this desk i actually was first looking at like 85" desk tops to put it on top of the desk until i realized it'd be way too heavy, cus my monitor is also quite heavy.

Do you have a video/review for your Secret Lab chair? I’m thinking of getting one and I’m so torn over what size to get. Despite being “sized” for an S, I’ve been reading/watching people say the XL is more snug and comfy.
Also, I saw you had a HM before, have you ditched that for the Titan?
no but I can make one! honestly I have the regular size and I don't know if I'd recommend getting the small cus the seat is the perfect size imo. the back is really tall but I don't mind it, it's still comfy. I still have it I just use it for work since it's more ergonomic, but when I'm gaming and want to stretch out more I use the SL
@@astronuggie would absolutely love a review from your perspective! I’m a fairly small sized guy about 159cm and 59kg and it’s been a dilemma for me so far over which to get. I watched a fairly known channel showcasing girls trying all different sizes and funnily enough most of them said the XL is really comfy despite being too big! Dunno if you know which channel I’m referring to.

@@astronuggie yesss that’s the name! It’s just a cute little game. They actually started a new season today called remembrance. Definitely need journaling as we age. It’s good to keep memories. I like to use different media with mine. Good to let whatever is on your mind to be released onto paper(or digitally).

nope, i order it and it was delivered today.... but its cute.... a bit of a learning curve programming it if you have never done anything like that before though.
