A castle! My favorite part is the window cabinets in the kitchen.

The exterior of this house is epic! I love the castle look it has, and I was hoping the interior would be more... I don't know... opulent I guess. The double staircase should have been wrought iron with the curlicues and the stairs should not be the black and white pattern. I did like the study with the alternate hallway leading to the Abuela room though. Theoretically, you could put the desk and office stuff elsewhere (there's lots of options in this house) and close the doors in the entrance. Abuela could set up her own living room there and she would have her own little private suite going on there. Did I miss the laundry room and garage? The master was nice. The back yard was tiny so it was necessary to have a tiny boring pool as well. Today this place seems like a dream home, but when they get all those lots sold and built, I'm afraid that all in all it's just another brick in the wall. There was a lot to like, but there was a lot to scratch your head and wonder, "What were they thinking?"
This house is STUNNING every room is Amazing. And l definitely love Frisco can't wait to come back.

This is a beautiful home minus the pool and carpet. I would like to know why do they have more than a couple of dining tables? We bought our current home over 20 years ago and we have a formal dining and eat in kitchen table. I love the seating for maybe parties but Im wondering what brought about the change? What price are they asking for land and an estimated lot size? What is the estimated time for a build from ground up? If Im getting a home built from ground up how easy is it to get a general manager to over see what is being done according to my contract agreement and keeping me updated with the progress and/or if any changes has to be made? I love that you talk about our Heavenly Farther because he is so special to me. Bless you and your family.

The exterior of this house is EPIC!!!!!! I absolutely in love with the castle exterior look it has. BUT the interior dis not sit well with me @ all. They didn't optimize the space to well imo. Everything looked so smashed together in some areas and cluttered... the inside was not appealing... I was hoping the interior would be more simplistic... but it definitely too modernized.
