    - for Curtido
    Cabbage: 500g (1lb)
    Onion: 1 or 2 Medium Size
    Carrot: 1 Medium Size
    Oregano: 2TableSpoons
    Water: 2cups (16 oz)
    Salt: 1Tablespoon
    white Vinegar: 2/3 cup
    - Optional
    Garlic Powder
    Chili or Jalapeno
    Lemon Juice

    My salvadoran coworker made this along with pasteles with potato filling and both were delicious! 😍 I wish salvadoran recipes were more popular

      You got it. Our most reason why we are making video about food is to eat delicious meal after shooting. If you leaved near yet, We was able to make if for you..... but now not. too sad.

    이 콜슬로우는 정말 건강을 불러올 맛이겠어요. 그냥 먹어도 맛있고 느끼한 음식과도 잘 어울릴 듯~~ 이틀 기다리는 걸 참지 못하고 다음날 뚜껑 따도 괜찮겠지요? ^^ Lkd1

      안녕하세요 시맘키친님. 독일의 사우어크라우트랑 많이 비슷한데 조금 더 상큼하고 스파이시 한 맛이에요. 김치처럼 발효식품이어서 다음날 뚜껑을 따면 맛이 별로더라구요. 외국에서 김치 못 먹을 때 냉장고에 보관해서 먹고 있어요. 향에서 더운날 느낌 물씬 납니다.

    Quick & simple yet
    add such special refreshing taste to
    any main meal.
    I should definitely try to make some.
    Hot water is for preserving pickled veggies? Great recipe!

      Applying the hot water saves the time for cabbages to soften.
      I had a mistake to upload Language in English. It was Spanish....
      Have you recognized that? 😅
