いつも有り難うございます。ほんとに癒されます。
房総半島生まれの私はスキーといったら、学生時代と会社の20代の頃滑ったきりです。でも、スキー場の雰囲気は忘れていないんです。それだけ、沢山の雪と雪をかぶった山の風景は鮮烈でした。当時は東京からスキーバスが出ていて、中々眠れないながらも、着いてバスを降りたときのキンキンに冷えた空気はとても素適でした。今はもうスキーというよりは、雪のある温泉でまったりと過ごすことが出来たら最高ですね。65歳の定年まであと４年。時間が出来たら、ゆっくり行ってみたいです。今は旅家さんの小さな旅で満足、満足！
こうゆう生活めっちゃ憧れる！

I totally relate. I used to watch these religiously when my generalized anxiety disorder was at it's worse. They calmed me and were very soothing. My anxiety is no longer what it once was so I don't watch his videos as much, but I do try to catch up from time to time.

Most people here switch to snow tires in the winter, rather than chains--except in places where it snows a great deal, like Yamagata or Hokkaido.

スキーお上手ですね。私は小学生の時のスキー教室が最初で最後ですがwスキーの疾走感や一面の銀世界、本当にスキーをしているような感覚でした。
まだまだ寒くて路面凍結等あるかもしれませんが、安全に旅を楽しんでくださいね。

I haven't skied in 49 years, this was much more enjoyable. Less likely to injure myself! Beautiful scenery, nice slopes too, no crowds. And getting to soak in am onsen, perfect ending for a great day, thank you.

スキー。この冬初めて、何か滑って気分で楽しかったけど。スリップはちょっとドキリ。家の前の坂の道路も車スリップしました。大阪の平地でこないに雪⛄もスリップも初めてかもしれないなぁー。今冬は日本中冷え冷えですね。体調気をつけて下さい。

What an awesome episode! A very nice camping segment with a skiing special! I remembered skiing once many years ago in an indoor skiing facility and I was terrible in it, it was my first and only time skiing. The snow on the slopes made me feel lke diving into it LOL. Can't wait to visit Japan in April, by then the winter season is over.

the mini bamboo steamer is great for dumpling but if you wanna use a baking paper, you need to puncture a few holes on the paper to let the steam enter the steamer from the vents at the bottom...

I love your videos; calm, peaceful, lovely scenery - and when we least expect it you demonstrate one of the most relaxed reactions to ice on the road imaginable - you should take up rally driving or drifting as another hobby, you'd be really good!!
