I didn't think that. The idea of a Red Dead Redemption remake is nothing more than a rumor that isn't based on any substantial evidence. I would definitely not complain if we got one - hell, I'd likely purchase a Ps5 just to play it. However, it's extremely unlikely to ever happen. Rockstar is not know for releasing remakes. They don't even rerelease old popular titles for the current consoles. If I wanted to play the first RDR or GTAIV or Max Payne 3, I'd have to go back to one of the earlier consoles. They've only ever imported their old Ps2 collection. Point is, as said before, it's unlikely we'd get a RDR remake. If I had to make any guesses, I'd assume they're working on a new title. And since Rockstar takes many years to produce their titles, we won't be seeing anything anytime soon. RDR2 was released only 2 and half years ago.

Roger realising what he's done, starts blabbering and stuttering until he saves it by saying 'That's just math' implying that the mistake was telling Rob how long he was playing John and not that he just slipped up and revealed John Marston is being played today. Good eye.

Every time they start development of a new title, they put most, if not all, of their resources into it. The time they put into and the resources they put into is the reason they make top quality games. For them to make a Red Dead Redemption remake with the same engine, graphics, mechanics as RDR II - that'd basically equate to them creating the game from scratch. It'd be a very, very long process, not to mention a risky process. As much as we love the first entry and as much as we'd jump in a second to purchase the remake, the game would likely make less sales than a new title. It's just not logical. I think the best we could ask for would be a "remastered" version for the newer consoles - with somewhat updated graphics, but yet still retaining the game mechanics. Maybe throw in a few additional lines of dialogue or cutscenes or missions - but even that would be hard for Rockstar to implement since they may not have all of the coding. But hey, if they released a remastered version with little to no changes for the newer consoles, I'd be more than happy to purchase it.

He's referring to the cut portion of the Guarma chapter where the gang would've met a stranded girl (Eliza) who would've acted as a 2nd love interest to Arthur but it didn't work with the story so they made her a waitress who Arthur had a child with.

I am currently playing the game and i love it! The story engages the player in the very first moment and the many features the gameplay has makes it really authentic. It must have been a lot of work to record all of the interactions that appear in game. Thank you very much for the amazing work!
As someone who started his playthrough last summer during during quarantine that changed my entire gaming life, my advice would be take it real slow and make sure to appreciate the world they built. There's so much details, secrets, and bits of world-building begging to be discovered and a story that's truly one of the best told in the entire medium. Oh, and the side-missions are just as interesting. Enjoy!
I love these interviews. I've seen a hella lot of comcon and other interviews. I've noticed a lot of the answers don't really answer the questions. But, worth it just to hear the voices we've all come to know and love ❤ Roger mentions a scene on Guarma with Bill and a local girl. That must be a cut scene because after 15 playthroughs I've still never seen it
I really hope that the RDR2 cast get more voice work and performance work, I'll pay to hear Rob or Roger in either a Fallout game, an Elder Scrolls game, even in a a comic book theme game like Peter I think would make for a good Joker or Creeper

I remember seeing a post on Reddit where they made a list claiming all the things that were cut from the game from “insider knowledge”. Anyway one of the things that was wildly dismissed was a scene were Sadie cuts/bites of the penis of one of the O’driscolls. Hearing what was said by Alex today it adds a little bit of credibility.
I think hes referring to Tilly Jackson's voice actress? Tilly got kidnapped by the Foremans and Susan went ham on them. Though on a side note, 28:21, God I wish they put that mission in Guarma. That chapter needed more. (Yeah, her actress is Meeya Davis)
