For those who did get forced into it, the spikes will continue shooting out for months or possibly indefinitely. Thankfully, some fasting can speed up this process a great deal and clear them out quicker, and will also help repair any damage to the body. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time.
      Fasting increases nitric oxide release.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles as much as 1/3 of all immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS.
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses.
Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, which destroys them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

@lizzie9581This was not in what most people think of as parliament. This was in Westminster Hall. There was no proper debate. There was no vote. Ester McVey could stop this before it starts. She will not require the speaker to rule on the lawfulness of giving away our sovereignty . The last speaker of the house to rule on this was Betty Boothroyd on 21st July 1993. Betty Boothroyd stopped parliament discussing what would be an unlawful law.
Any MP could do this. Andrew Bridgen could do this but all MPs seem to be like my MP Mark Harper. He thinks Parliament is sovereign. All MPs presumably agree with Mark Harper. They all are giving away your birthright.

It is purely coincidence that the power grabbing WHO is funded by globalists and big pharma who profit massively from vaccine mandates and lockdowns.
The pandemic saw the greatest wealth transfer from the poor to the rich and while small businesses shutdown the likes of Amazon and Pfizer saw record profits.
And the fact the WHO oversaw the cover up of the lab leak and called it a conspiracy theory and rewrote their explanation of herd immunity as not being attainable naturally but only through mass vaccination (pure anti science) just makes them even more qualified I guess?
      And who are these people?
Who vets them, who funds them, who pays them, and what are their politics?
Well we know who their head is, Ted Andros an ex terrorist and man who lies for a living on the nature of pandemics.
      Who appointed him and why?
Why are our politicians who are supposed to safeguard our democracy and national interests so keen yo give up our sovereignty to these globalist institutions and foreign bodies?
I think given the treason and criminality we have seen over the last two decades we know the answer to that.

Lockdowns are not sustainable solutions because of their significant economic, social & broader health impacts.
However, during the #COVID19 pandemic there’ve been times when restrictions were necessary and there may be other times in the future.
Because of their severe economic, social & broader health impacts, lockdowns need to be limited in duration.
regarding masking, march of 2020 was when the s--- was hitting the fan and it was clear that people who weren't symptomatic were spreading covid, so making everybody was reasonable.

The group that own the organisation already run the world because they are owed all the national debt. Governments have no power over a group that has the power to say no more resources for your country until you comply. This is what is really going on when they sanction countries with leaders that refuse to give sovereignty to this group. We must all take back our own sovereignty and use it to remove our dependence on the group. They have no power over a country when the people can survive without their resources. It is not going to be easy, but if we don't do it, this group will have total control over our lives and bodies by the end of this decade, because they will be able to dictate if you can be allowed to live based on how compliant you are.

Always was ever since the common man was allowed to vote. They wouldn't give the masses the true right to vote freely. It's ALL controlled fake opposition and playacting.
I have known a fair bit since I was young, from my once SOE father although of course he couldn't tell me too much. He said it would be too much for me to bear. That it had been too much for him to bear. He had terrible PTSD complete with night terrors. Poor man. However, it was only from about 2017 that I had the time to look into things more. I hadn't any idea how deep and wide the corruption goes. Nor who is really in control. That's how they get us. Too busy working, then marriage and family, then perhaps caring for elderly relatives. By the time we are able to stop and really think and seek sensible answers, we are too old and feeble to stop them.
They know what they are doing. They have had it planned for generations as a step by step plan for only their descendants to benefit. Neither McVey nor Bridgen would have been selected to be MP's unless they were related to those in control, whether legitimately or not.
Btw, many of them believe they can reincarnate into the same bloodlines. Now does it make more sense than they carry out such long term agendas with multiple contingency plans?

I have been trying to flag up the intentions of the WHO for some time now. This is one of the scariest things I have come across. Finally the light of day is starting to shine into the murky corners of what is being stealthily proposed. It was a brilliant speech and this attempt by the WHO to take control MUST be stopped. We would fall into the situation where all the pharmaceutical regulators and the WHO are funded heavily by the big pharmaceutical companies. The WHO would be in total control and would tell countries what they MUST do. It's possible that all current normal vaccines could be ceased and replaced by much more expensive mRNA vaccines and the WHO could mandate that every individual MUST take them. It also gives our lazy and useless politicians a chance to off load all the health matters and have no accountability for them, they could sit back and say the WHO are in charge and they must just follow their recommendations. From my perspective it looks like a stinking pile of corruption !

I applaud her. We need more voices like hers. A very concerning anecdotal experience I recently had here in California was with 2 trips to the ER within 12 hours of each other, and a visit to my primary a week later. I had shortness of breath and chest tightness as an over 50 male. At NO time was I asked verbally or on a form wether or not I had taken the V. That was a total of 3 doctors, 3 nurses, and filling out forms. Very disgusting. Very telling. Those were my first hospital visits since I was 5 years old, and that was the initial visit to my brand new primary doc. This ties in to the reality of the power the Pharmas yield in $ over the politicians

The fact this "treaty" is even being considered should ring alarm bells as to who is running our country.
Signing away our national powers and destroying what is left of our democracy and leaving the people at the mercy of diktats issued by people we have never heard of, much less voted for, in a foreign land who are funded by rich and powerful interests with a clear agenda of technocratic global governance under their rule is absolutely an act of treason.
We got a taste of what that would be like with the last pandemic when Boris was making private calls to Bill Gates, the WHO's greatest benefactor and coincidentally a man who is an international salesman for big pharma appearing on corporate media sponsored by the very same big pharma to peddle their vaccines which he has invested in!
How transparent does it have to be?
And we get these criminal treasonous politicians calling us "conspiracy theorists"
We should be stringing them up in the streets by now for what they have inflicted upon us.

This is the same except on a grander scale. This will take away the autonomy of the government and give it to a council of corporate representatives in the guise of public health.
