Canton Cover Up or Murder? CCTV from the Waterfall Bar

The footage above is what was shown on day 7 of the Commonwealth V Karen Read. There is no sound for the majority of the video. Near the end, you do hear a witness explain we’re seeing the exit of the Waterfall Bar and Officer O’Keefe and Karen Read come in to the frame.
Why is this evidence important for the Commonwealth? The purport it proves Officer O’Keefe leaving the bar with a cocktail glass. Watch his right hand.
