Great video. Just so that i understand this, when the train enters a block, if the next block is occupied traincontroller will both turn the signal red and auto stop the train.
That is correct, TC takes care of everything, even the deceleration of the train, which you can specify yourself to make it visually attractive in your eyes.
Thanks Rudy. As a long time user of TC I had always been led to believe that the block signals could not be used to drive layout signals. Pleased to see that that is no longer correct.
Can I ask a beginner's question. If I purchase a 3 aspect signal model from the shop, does it come with it's own built in decoder or do I need to use a central decoder as with turn outs control? Or something else?
Usually signals do not come with a decoder but it only contains the pole with the LED's and most often the series resistors that set the LED current are also mounted.
he Ruud wanneer heb je een video/uitleg op de planning over de nieuwe feature Facilities en dan met name opzet van een schaduwstation. Handleiding is uitgebreid maar toch kom ik er niet goed uit.....:P
It doesn't work. If Block West 1 is just Occupied and the tail of the train is in Block Mid 1 then Twinwoods 2 Block Signal should remain Red until the tail of the train is out of Block Mid 1. Have another crack!!
great work this series Rudy, I enjoy very much. Thank you
hi Rudy hope all is well with you wondering if there are going to be more traincontroler videos' thanks for your help Greg
Can you do a video explaining the thrown and closed buttons when setting up signals?

Gaat komen, maar ik weet nog niet wanneer, er zijn eerst nogal wat onderwerpen die belangrijker / interessanter zijn.
