L.I.G.A is a Danish urban pop trio, formed in 2012 made up of Nicky Russell, Feras Agwa and Ihan Haydar. They are signed to RE:A:CH (Chief 1 and Remee) and for distribution with Universal Music in Denmark. Russel and Agwa had been separately writing and releasing a lot of tracks through their respective online channels and were sharing some tracks together. They presented some of their work to Chief 1, a Danish record producer and songwriter who joined them for a recording session in his studio. Coincidentally, Ihan Haydar was in the studio and volunteered to play drums and the trio was born. Their debut charting hit is "Skylder dig ik' noget". So, Ihan (The woman) is not there for her looks, she is in the band as the drummer...
Katta Fnatta I know. I played the song at a gig just last weekend. I don't particularly like it - but the bride did so why not. She is still an amateur drummer, thats my point. If you can't hear that you can't hear that. Fine. I wish them all the succes they can consume, but quality-wise - apart from the happy-go-lucky energy, she is an amateur drummer. Any drummer who put in the work of actually learning the craft will tell you that. And because I like craft - I dont like this. Its a mediocre tune with bad drum track. But I'm not saying anyone else ought to feel the same way. It is what it is is all I'm saying. Not everything I like is quality either.
