I've been trading for a great league Rayquaza since the day it got access to breaking swipe. I just completed my 19th trade for it (which you have to do with new friends who happen to have kept their single research Rayquaza from several years ago, since the IV floor for higher friendship trades is too high for it to fit into the great league & obviously a level 20 Rayquaza is never going low enough). I finally got one below 1500cp last night & of course HSH uploads this video the day before I get my video up... Just my luck 🥲

Anybody who runs their mouth about an 'algorithm' pre-determining battle outcomes with type disadvantages, just show them video number 2.Opponent's backline is triple strong against Regaliaz's team, and he still gets a very impressive dub based upon the fact that the opponent threw moves poorly and the A-Slash called a Sludge instead of Overheat.
Although it isn't always the case, there are ways of working yourself out of incredibly bad situations while getting hard-checked on the lead and the swap and emerging victorious.
Bro made many sacrifices to build this Rayquaza 💀
seems like such a bad investment, you'd have to be extremely bored, drowning in candy and stardust, or a spoofer to justify this in anyway

Nice to see rayquaza getting so much love lately. Two new meta grade moves and a mega evolution. On another note, I've been running my shiny Alolan marowak with hex/ShBone/Fire Blast and you wouldn't believe the amount of nukes I've gotten with fire blast against normal type and occasionally steel types. Had an opponent trying to 2 shield flex on me and I went right for the blast, one shooting their registeel

This is unbelievable. Definilty would be cool to have a great league Rayquaza. Not going to hold my breath that I’ll ever get one, but ya never know. At least now I know it is possible.

Maaaan, I do like the spice but I kinda hate how you have to do some trading praying the mon get low IVs to enter the GL, I've always wanted to try a Lugia but my got high CP.
Maybe Niantic should just scale down the pokemon's CP for the corresponding league

Dang i just finally got a great league tapu fini after trying to trade for one at least 50 times and the first trade went lucky abd finally on the second one i got a rank 200 something for the great league all in one day, but now i have to try for a rayquaza lol

I traded for over 10 of these lvl 15 ray and not one has dropped below 1500 :(
In my opionion, its way too glassy to be running dragon ascent. Dragon ascent takes tooooooo long to charge up, and if youre in great league, then rayquaza will be taken out before it even gets to the dragon ascent. Appreciate the spice though.
What other move would you run? Ancient power? The whole point of rayquaza is insane damage, and AP even from a rayquaza hits like a sheet
Yeah, Ancient Power for potential BOOOST, or outrage, slightly cheaper. @@SourSalmon
@@poknopgjkll Potential boost? For what? You will still go down quickly even with a defense boost. Plus you already have dragon coverage with BS, no need for Outrage. This trainer got to many Dragon Acents, and showed that for great league you want to run it as a second charge move
@@SourSalmon Rayqauza is too glassy, and with a sharp defense boost AND attack boost, then it will DOMINATE with only breaking swipe.

Any way Trev was getting low by dragon tail damage but that one shot noctowl was insanely clutch 🗿🥶🥵 even noctowl can survive barely wild charge and Blizzard which is super effective against neutral dragons ascent 🤔
