I made a video with 5 teams using that strat, but the gameplay was somewhat lacking then. I really liked the lanturn + zard core with either umbreon or sableye

I used to run this team, got me till Expert that season. The thing is It doesn't actually work in 2200-2550 ELO, that interval is plagued with tap tap Basti teams. It's an exceptional team. 🔥
I struggle with low elo the most. Like some dude play the most random teams that would easily lose to 1 single mon
That’s because 2200 is where the algorithm tends to start hard countering your team. It’s easy up to then
I used this team at 2200 elo and algorithm said - nope, sorry charizard. And am back to 2000

Last match, would the charizard have potentially survived an aqua tail? It’s shadow on shadow, but it is non stab and a pretty weak move

i actually run a team very similar to this, but with quite a few more weaknesses:
Scrafty (lead) / Ferrothorn / Shadow Charizard
Strategy is the same; an A B C team where I want a shield advantage so Charizard can sweep. similar to the team in the vid, Ferrothorn acts as the Registeel and Scrafty as the medicham. The only problem is Scrafty being weak to fighting, and ferrothorn being weaker than registeel in many matchups. I don't have a great registeel or medicham, but even if i did idk if I'd want to use such a cancer top meta team, I absolutely love playing scrafty and especially ferrothorn.

How do you even win with this team. I keep running into Galvantula azu teams with this and just keep getting triple hard countered

I tried this team and it worked out pretty well for me i went to 2200+ and the only losses I had was misplays or hard countered comps. Very solid comp but just really dont like how everyone runs literally G-Fisk as the last pokemon or pretty much in 75% of every match.

I was beating this team so Hard today like 8 or 9 times in 25 battles with Trevenant, Lanturn XL Bastiodon
This is a team that requires skill and finess shadow zard is all bout energy management, cmp as much as possible. Few things i need to work on to finish the push from expert to legend

I have been struggling to find a team so I started running this for my sets. I found Medi doesn’t do as good of a job getting shields down as it does more fast move pressure so I changed it up to sableye lead, regi safeswap and shadow zard closer. That way it work a little more like an ABB team trying to draw out the swampert. Either way shadow zard is just such a satisfying closer
Shadow Charizard is so fun. I usually use it in ultra league but seems that this is a good meta too.
I know that Chesnaught was debuffed and takes 2x damage from flying types but man that wing attack from shadow zard did so much damage 😩

Rare candy tbh, no other steels grab shields like registeel
Lanturn or gfisk will fill the same role. Another consideration is umbreon.
