Chocolate Brioche Bread Recipe | طريقة عمل طاقية السلطان 👳

طريقة تحضير طاقية السلطان 👳🍞🍫🤎
المكونات:
- 500 غرام فارينة
- رشة ملح
- 7 غرام خميرة فورية
- 250 مل حليب دافئ
- 60 مل زيت نباتي
- 80 غرام سكر
- بيضة واحدة
- 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة مستخلص الفانيليا
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة كاكاو
- 100 غرام زبدة طرية (50 غرام لكل نصف من العجينة)
قسّم العجينة إلى نصفين.
أضف الكاكاو و50غ زبدة إلى أحد النصفين و ملعقتين فارينة و 50غ زبدة طرية للنصف الاخر وامزج جيداً.
دع العجينة ترتاح لمدة 30 دقيقة بعد التقسيم وإضافة الكاكاو.
شكّل العجينة واتركها ترتاح مرة أخرى لمدة ساعة كاملة.
ادهن العجينة بمزيج من صفار البيض، الحليب، ومستخلص الفانيليا.
اخبز في الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة تقريبًا 30 دقيقة
Chocolate Brioche Bread recipe 🤎🍞🍫
- 500g all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt
- 7g instant yeast
- 250ml warm milk
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 80g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 100g softned butter (50g for each half of the dough)
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes after dividing and adding the cacoa.
Shape the dough and let it rest again for a full hour.
Brush the dough with a mixture of egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 30 min then brush it with butter.
