Mongolian Dance from the 4th Taoli Cup. Note the use of the skirt to show both galloping on the steppes and wind. At one point, the dancer seems to be looking out onto the vast plains. The dance should be about a minute longer but this version somehow cuts the beginning section out.

Whoa, I did a extremely similar dance to the same exact song with the same costume. One major difference, though, I was NOWHERE as good as this dancer. She is incredible: her hand and body mov't, energy, and presentation of strength. Thank you so much for posting this.
