So glad this series is back, heres a tip for getting more out of ur upgrades. So i did a hard mode run with merc and won all 3 championships in the 2nd season easily and what i found was if u build a part for example underfloor, the first time u want to put 0 hours into it but do it as intense and then once thats done u put all ur hours into the next underfloor for huge gains ( u just do normal or rushed up to u if u need it sooner). Then u just do that at least once for each part and u will shoot up the field. Just do the same again if u want to keep upgrading a part just do 1 intense 0 hours then a full hours normal or rushed. Also to save money on parts u can use ur worse designed ones in practice so ur good ones last longer.
@@mn99ii_yt ur welcome. Was a game changer when i found out finally figured out how to upgrade properly, also minor tip for saving some money is to remove scouts if ur not using them as they take money anyway from the budget cap
Hey Ben, nice to see this series back I just recently started a McLaren career mode after doing a Merc and Ferrari one and Ive learnt some tips 1) During car development put lifespan slider all the way to the left and airflow sensitivity as well, as Brake Cooling doesnt matter a lot if u have the best cornering stats. Dirty Air Tolerance and Engine cooling also arent important, true if you are stuck behind cars it will affect you, but if you have good top speed and cornering(which u will) then it doesnt matter much ! 2) I always enable ERS Assist as its helpful and better use of ERS then doing it manually 3) During sprint weekends is the best time to take a grid penalty as the sprint results affect the grand prix grid, so if you can do well in the sprint then it negates some of the impact of a grid penalty and helps u later in the season 4) During qualifying I always do 2 Flying Laps with no cooldown on AI mode it works most of the time, but impeding by other drivers is crazy on this game it affects you a lot! I also during Q1 go straight out on tires and do 2 flying las and usually its good enough with a fast enough car, also during Q2 I send the drivers out on the used set from Q1, so that they can set purple sectors increasing confidence and then out on a new set and do 2 flying laps towards the end. This saves on softs a lot as you have only used 2 sets of tires and AI has used 3 sets, and if u get into Q3 you can have 2 unused sets of soft tires most of the time whereas other teams always have 1 less new soft tires. If anyone else needs any tips, you can read this as well. Enjoy the Game!
It’s been so long since the last episode I genuinely thought this was going to be Ben getting early access to F1M 24 and doing a special video because of the Aus GP this weekend
An out of the blue reminder for us all that we were subscribed to this channel
HUGE.
You remembered :)

Were back in business boys
13:15 I just want that happening once this year. No injuries obviously.
The Red Bulls were great at recreating Spain 2016
34:49 no one expected the Carmen inquisition
Wonderful Strategy!
How to win a race in F1:
Takeout Redbull, and hope the engineers don't fix the car in time
